Resident Evil....The Umbrella Rebirth -sign ups and discussions- [RE5 SPOILERS ALERT]

Ok, inactive characters have until friday to either post or let me know whats going on or I will have no choice but to offer there characters to other RP'ers that would be interested in playing them...

So let me know, or throw up or post or the inactives will have there characters offered up, I appologise for having to take this course of action but no communication = I assume your no longer interested.
 
Entry of new character.

-Appearance:
He is over 8ft tall, and has a very bulky muscle build for his top half.
His legs are off course strong with muscle to support all the weight, but they are thinner and sleeker then the upper body.
His right arm almost reaches the floor in his upright position, and it has a nasty set of claws as its fingers. Its left arm is a stinger missile launcher, covered in armor (more under weapons).
Most of his body seems to have the texture of a burn victim; this is no doubt an effect of the mutation he went through to become what he is today. The skin is hard and rough to the touch, almost like a carpenter’s hands.

-Attire/Armor:
He has a chest piece of thick armor that covers his while upper body, protecting every vital organ that hides in his body. In his head he has something that is best described as an eye piece that is linked to the Stinger missile targeting system, as well as having a built in communications system to make it easier for his lack of hands to reply to and order.
On his back he has an armored backpack that holds extra stinger missiles by the dozens.
He wears thick black somewhat baggy pants and uses no shoes so he walks barefoot.

-First Impression:
One would react as one normally would do against a common T.A.L.O.S or Tyrant.
As he is mainly a more perfected version of those experiments.

now the horror really begins, some of the more "dangerous" field-experiments have began and the infection of the T-Virus is spreading...and things are only going to get worse ^^
 
I'm still waiting for Markus to post, since now I'm stuck in position......

Other than that, I'ma gonna need a bigger shotgun. Anyone wants the AA-12?

there will be a small weapons cache in city hall, there will also be a Kendo gun-shop on one of the side streets named Kundo, in the mansion there is an armory (the room the bird masked woman got her gear from) and in the forest there will be certain blue torches indicating the presence of an old friend "Stranga"

There will also be various weapons to be found in situational boss fights, either dropped by said boss or found on nearby bodies, police cars and SWAT vans...if you think you have discovered a weapons location pm me and ill detail the weapons that are found there :)

since the City Hall event it about to start here are the weapons found in a small storage room:

Ithaca 12 gauge shotgun, 8 shell capacity

Sig-Pro 9mm, 15 shot capacity, increased stopping power (a single headshot will kill zombies)

S72 Bolt action sniper rifle, 12 shot capacity, increased stopping power, 2x scope (excellent against un-suspecting hunters)

Zx6 sub-machinegun x1: 300 shot capacity, increased accuracy (highly accurate for an smg): Special Drop

Frag Grenades x 3
Flash Bangs x 4
4x handgun ammo
2x shotgun shells
1x box of rifle rounds

Weapons Cache of RPD:

Jail Breaker Automatic shotgun: 12 shell capacity, increased accuracy over distance (less spread from the buckshot)

m40 grenade launcher w explosive rounds x 8, 1 round per reload, high explosive damage, accepts a variety of different rounds, including acid, immolation and nitrogen.

Sig 440 Assault Rifle: 60 round capacity, high penetration (goes through bulletproof vests), increased accuracy due to reflex sight replacing iron-sight.

mp5 smg: 45 round capacity, high penetration, increased accuracy due to reflex sight.

1x Samurai Edge .44 handgun custom: Special drop (Chris will come into posession of this when he picks it up), high stopping power and penetration, average accuracy due to imbalanced weight (the gun is made for a certain wielder, anyone else would find it clumsy to wield)

2x boxes of magnum rounds
1x box of explosive rounds
3x first aid spray (located in the S.T.A.R.S office)
3x boxes of shotgun shells
10x boxes of handgun rounds

In order to take a weapon from the weapons cache of each area, make sure to move your character there and pm me with the weapon you are taking prior to taking it....

you cannot carry more than 1 shouldered weapon, 1 handgun and 1 smg/magnum (or a second handgun in the smg/magnums place) unless the weapon would fit into a normal holster (zx6's fit perfectly as do L.Hawk Magnums) so remember to choose your weapons wisely

preview of the merchants gear:

the merchant has rare things stranga, and will always have something for everyones individual tastes (depending on your weapons choice throughout the RP)

Hydra shotgun: 3 barrelled shotgun, 6 shell capacity, extreme stopping power, slow to reload, increased damage range (due to 3 barrells the buckshot spread is significantly more dangerous over longer distances)

S&W 500: What do you want that for stranga? going hunting elephants? the S&W 500 will only be availible one time and one time only (I have randomly chosen one of you to obtain the S&W 500 handgun based on the number you posted a bio to enter the RP)
6 shot capacity, extreme stopping power and penetration, slow to reload, strong kickback (cant blast off quick shots in succession requires aiming so it would take a gunshot a post)

and many more things to be had at the merchant ^^

Also to add: The Kundo Shop is ran by one Billy Kundo , an expert at weapon modification and upgrade, although the weapons stock is extremely basic (similar to start-up weaponry) he can gladly modify any weapon for you....if you can find the shop before outbreak level 4.....by which point The Kundo shop will have been overran and Billy a member of the walking dead!

well, looking at this i might have to make my way down to the Kundo weapon shop and get myself some more handgun bullets. (DAMNED HUNTER DRAINED MY AMMO)
 
Good idea. I need to replace my Mosin-Nagant, these 7.62x54mmR rounds aren't as widespread as they used to be. I'll also need to replace the USP I dropped 5 stories. (Trade in the crappy 9mm for a .45)

L. Hawk's = Desert Eagles, right?

yep L.Hawk magnums are desert eagles, but they wont be easy to come by especially in a pair, rumor has it when the tigers eyes burn brightly in the darkest hour, the gates of salvation will open for those whom restore its gaze :P

(yes there are going to be puzzles ^^)

Backstory: Stephen was origonally a mamber of the S.T.A.R.S team that infiltrated the racoon city during the last Biohazard incident, he left the city alive, and lived his life until he heard of racoon city being re-populated and moved there. he felt that something was 'off' and wanted to be there incase something happened.

Stephen wanted to be close to racoon city as in the first biohazard incident Stephen was forced to kill his long term girlfriend and their son of only 2 years old as they became infected.
