I felt as though one needed to be made, so people will know things about the PSN store such as updates and everything. I will use this topic to post updates on the PSN store for EU and NA. If anyone would like to help me with this in the future they are more than welcome to.


For those that don't know, when buying things off the store you can only download that item five times before having to pay for it to use it again.

The PSN store updates every thursday. The update day is the same for both regions EU and NA.

I'm going to look for more information and post it here later today.

I hadn't realised that you can only download 5 times without having to pay again... That actually sucks... There is only so much space available on a console, and so I'm not starting to have to delete games I've downloaded that I'm not likely to play for a long time in order to clear space. I didn't know this at the time so I just went ahead and deleted some as I'd heard you can just download them again...

All that needs to happen is for my PS3 to break, recover my PSN and then download again, then update my hardrive to give me more space and have to download everything again and then I'll suddenly find myself wit only a few downloads left.

Then again, I guess with all that added up it's not likely to run out, I'll just need to be careful. It's quite irritating though as some things were quite expensive and I shouldn't have to worry about one day having to pay for them again.

The PSN has worked beautifully on my PSP, though I'd never be crazy enough to purchase anything directly off of it. The free demos and themes are fun enough as it is.

The new service update today bringing the firmware to 3.70 improves your Automatic Downloads service, renaming it Automatic Update. Automatic Update will now automatically sync selected save games to your cloud storage and will also automatically sync your trophies with the server each time auto update runs.
And what of new Plus content you say?
We’ve got the small matter of the Resistance 3 Plus Beta which you play until early September; we’ve got day-one discounts and exclusive content for Splinter Cell‘s triumphant HD return to PlayStation; you’ve got 20% off the much anticipated and finally actually here Spelunker HD; you’ve got discounts on the new Worms 2: Armageddon DLC (the full game of which is already 50% off this month in Plus) and as well as 20% off five new The Studio themes and lest we forget friends, the pre-orders for our PLAY titles launch today with 20% off each.
