Hope's death scream is a sound I've heard too much these past couple of days. -__- JUST SHUT UP AND DIE QUIETLY!
 
Hope does die far too easily.

I wasn't controlling him, but he was there in Chapter 11 in the Maharblala Tunnels, against the Boxed Phalanx thatupgrades the little robots with Bravery and shit, and they ALL attacked Hope. And continue to.
 
Just stagger the Boxed Phallanx as fast as you can, kick its ass into the air, and then dealing with the little robots after that is easy.

Use saboteurs to help you.

That's what I was doing. Thank Gawd for Dispelga in the meantime because Hope's shitty health means my main Ravager is dead quickly.
 
Hope does have very low health. He's often hopeless. :brooding:

He's far behind everyone else for me at the moment.
 
The Boxed Phalanx is REALLY quick to issue Orders, then the little ones use Version Upgrade, get half a dozen status upgrades INCLUDING HASTE and focus on one person at a time.

Same Dan. -__- Hopeless.

He cant help if he's a pussy and gets a KO'ed easily.

Swap Hope for Sazh, and have Sazh as a Synergist at the beginning. He'll cast haste on everyone and then you'll get to stagger the Boxed Phalanx and throw it up into the air quite quickly.

I tend to have Vanille and Fang as Saboteurs, with Sazh as a Synergist. By the time everyone is hasted Vanille and Fang will have weakened the defences etc of some of the enemies, making the whole fight much easier and faster. Same applies for any battle.

Vaan that little bitch.........at least Hope had a mother......for a while!

Even his mother was more masculine than Vaan.........

EDIT:This'll help.....just have your synergyst bolster your COM & RAV with Bravega and Faithega(?) have them finish of the Phalanx quick smart its not that hard also dont kill all he Drones guys
