Just moisturise your hands.

I suppose you could use anything you want to lubricate the ends of your fingers but I think it'll speed up the rusting process of your strings - it could very well damage them.

There isn't a specific cream specially manufactured for this exact purpose. The whole idea seems stupid to me.

Just practice and you'll be able to change notes faster in no time.
