Right now I'm listening to Aerith's theme and it makes me so wanna cry.I mean it's just so beautiful and sad at the same time.It reminds me of when Aerith died and I had to fight Jenova with that music.I can't take it any more I really wanna cry.

I always say that I hate Aerith but I can't hate her,she's just so pure.

What other FF7 themes bring you back memories from the game or sadden you?

the boss theme reminds me of the only boss i've ever one shotted before in FF: in FF7 there's this undead boss at Nanaki's hometown. one shot bam it died.
 
Lets see, the music, J-E-N-O-V-A2 from when I last faught Jenova and i was so under leveled took me forever xD
 
ALL FF7 tracks strike a chord with me! They are all pure gold!

But particulary the main theme, Aeriths theme, Cosmo Canyon, Cids Theme and Jenova.
 
The Cosmo Canyon song reminds me of everything that Red XIII went through. Poor guy, and what he has between his grandpa.

Also the sing of when you walk into Clouds home town that Sephiroth burned. Where the mansion Is, that was kind of sad but I was just glad Cloud was able to make It out alive. :)
 
my fave would have to be the main theme or aeris's theme i love the pianno ish ness and im trying to learn to play them both lol
 
I like most of FFVII's music.

I swear some of the tunes are added into the background of other tunes in FFXII, been listenning during cutscenes and in certain areas, really think I can hear abit of FFVII in them...
 
One winged Angel excites me :gasp:
However I like Aerith theme the most T_T it's really good especially if it's full orchestra :P
 
I'm also a fan of Cid's Theme, and Sending A Dream Into the Universe (the quieter, more emotional variant of Cid's Theme played during some scenes with Cid)

I also love Great Warrior - the quieter more emotional theme of Red XIII played at times such as the
discovery of Seto's petrified body, and the death of Bugenhagen.
I find that tune so sad, but I love it.
 
i love all the music in ffvii. all the songs are so nostalgic, for lack of a better word. aerith's theme is my favourite. tifa's is quite nice too.
 
fav theme's

well one of the songs that saddens me which maybe hard to believe is

the one they play when you go to the forgotten city, because everytime I hear it, I know she is going to die.

and I like anxious heart I especially like to listen to it when it's raining outside or at least cloudy. I like just about every song and of course One winged angel.

Aerith's theme makes me sad but I don't cry not since the first time.
 
Well, I happen to love the themes of the characters. The sound of the songs seem to match the character perfectly, which is why I love Nobuo Uematu's music so much. In fact, I am currently learning Tifa's Theme on piano <3
