Most emotional gaming moments

The ending of Shadow of the Colossus
Also when Agro falls
Men!! I was about to shout it's name in that part!! Is so sad to see it!!

In Ico:
At the End, when Yorda saves Ico but she stays left on the castle; the moment just go along with the song and it's so sad!

The only time I've ever got reaaaaalllly emotional, as in, cried actual tears, was in FFX
when Auron finally went D:
. It was like..omg, I loved you~ why are you leaving me~ D;

Hahaha same here, I positively howled, no point me really going into it here becaus eI know Iv said how much I squalked in other freds :neomon: :wacky:

I don't reallyplay many other games so theres nothing else I could say was really emotional that I've played, OH BoF3,
where you find Teepo, right near the end and he's been living in that fake garden and you have to fight him I think, I was like AWWWW NO!

Kingdom Hearts set me off aswel, I think it might have been more relief that it was opver more than anything tbh,
but when Riku & King Mickey shut that door I was like :gasp: Oh & when Kairi protected Heartless Sora and gave him that huge hug I was like ;_;

Yeah, I'd have to go w/that too...I thought it was neat how in the beginning of the game
that older Teepo actually visits you in your dream!...I was like WOW! That's who that was!

I also have to put down the Burning Orphanage scene from Chrono Cross...kid Kid's little speech has got to be one of the saddest things I had heard since...regular Kid's Water Dragon Isle speech...>_> Easily best character in that game.

Dynasty Warriors 5: Sun Shang Xiang's ending.

Sun Shang Xiang is from Wu and Liu Bei is from Shu. The two are later married to strengthen ties between the allied Eastern Wu and Shu Han kingdoms, although the alliance later sours after bitter disputes over territorial claims culminate in the death Liu Bei's sworn brother, Guan Yu. Enraged, Liu Bei declares war on Wu, leaving Sun Shang Xiang torn between loyalties to her family and to her husband.

This video will show the conclusion of what happened when Sun Shang Xiang chose her family over her loved one.

The most emotional moment in a game for me, would probably have to be FFX's ending.

I cried so much when I first saw Yuna run towards Tidus only to fall through him. :sad2:

Also the part in Macalania made me cry the first few times around, but I think the ending definitely does it for me every time!

For me, it's gotta be the end of Secret of Mana. Nothing compares to how cruel that was. Sure you've got Aerith's death in FFVII and Tidus disappearing at the end of X. But Secret of Mana still wins for saddest video game moment for me.

Through out the entire game, the girl is searching for her long lost lover Dyluck. She finally finds out that he's being possessed by the evil what'shisname. So she keeps running into him through out the game until she has one final encounter with him. By then he is to weak to fight off the evil guy's magic but he manages to speak to her one last time and tells her about the enemy and that there is not hope left for him and that she must defeat him. The even more cruel part is that the girl has the light magic which is what the enemy is weak against so you have to use her to defeat him. Then at the end Sprite disappears :(

The music especially gets me at this part. :(

That was definitely one of the saddest things I've seen in a video game. Maybe it's the music, but something about the Mana world itself is kind of depressing for me, though I do like all the nature stuff in it.

THE saddest, though, is something actually related to my current sig--in Xenosaga 2, when
Rubedo realizes he has to kill his brother Albedo in order to stop him from destroying everything with U-DO. Albedo's body has regenerative powers so he's practically immortal, but Rubedo happens to be the only person who has a special power that can kill him. Albedo wants to die because being "immortal" he doesn't want to live long enough to see Rubedo die, so he goes to incredible lengths manipulating everyone and everything to try to get Rubedo to kill him, and by the time Rubedo finds out that this was his plan all along, it's already too late--he's defeated Albedo in battle, not knowing he would disappear afterward. When Albedo starts disappearing after the battle, that's where I totally lose it--after years of taunting and insulting Rubedo to provoke him, he suddenly starts being nice to him and showing his true feelings of caring. And then Rubedo, who's usually really tough, breaks down and cries, and starts screaming for Albedo to not "leave him alone"--the very thing Albedo had cried to him about as a kid when he'd become aware of his immortality. :cry: And then after it's all over, a short time later Rubedo has to go and get a pet puppy with the same hair and eye color as Albedo and name it "Alby" :gonk:
It's just so sad. But it's so good.

I also cried a lot when in FFVI Setzer
went down to Daryl's tomb to get the Falcon, and you see his flashbacks of her.
It was really moving because
here you have this really wild, carefree gambler suddenly being depressed and emotional over something, and then when at the end he mentions her again one more time to himself as they're escaping Kefka's tower, it kind of establishes that she really had an impact on his life.
And the fact that
he didn't mention Maria anymore during that whole time kind of makes it feel like maybe he was thinking of Daryl instead, which I thought was cool--like maybe the WOR had made him re-evaluate his life or something :hmmm:

The ending of Persona 3 got to me.

The MC (Main Character) promises his friends that he will go to graduation with them, no matter what. However, what he didn't know is that it was his job to be the thing that keeps Nyx Avatar sealed off from mankind. So as Nyx is defeated, the MC seals his fate. However, even despite this, he manages to stick around until graduation before he falls into a coma and never wakes up. His soul eternally trapped to save mankind.

Never before has a Jesus allegory character made me feel so sad. :sad3:

The part in Lunar 2 when you go to the Goddess tower and Nall shows you the holographic projection of Luna. Nall's dialogue put me in tears when he started talking about his friends from the first Lunar game, while Luna's song plays in the background. I think having played Lunar Silver Star Story made this part very affective.

Also, a little bit later in the game when Nall explains to Ruby that while she gets to live forever, she does have the burden of watching her friends grow old and die, but she can keep them all alive in her memory.

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater's ending.

Right from when you put the final bullet into The Boss, and then listenning to EVA's recording, telling Snake the real mission. Seeing him recieving his medal and looking extremely sadenned, right up to when he salutes at The Boss' grave and the tear falls from his eye. Very, very emotional, brilliantly wrote.

Halo 3's ending:
-->
When we see Master Chief and Cortana on the ship and we see that they can't come home, it just breaks my heart. I'm one of those people that feel there is love between Cortana and John, so I feel sad for Chief cuz I know Cortana only has 7 years to live and if John is really stuck in space he's gonna be up there alone--the thought just breaks my heart.
