As soon as the decorations from the Halloween party were put away, the Christmas songs started appearing EVERYWHERE. Some of them are classics and some of them will enter the charts again - like Fairytale of New York.

However, they're all annoying D=

It's really depressing to hear them all the sodding time. One in particular really gets on my nerves - All I Want For Christmas Is You, by Mariah Carey. It annoys me so much, because it's so catchy D= My friend made me download it for her the other day, and it's been in my head ever since. Bloody Mariah Carey.

What's your most annoying Christmas song, and why?
 
My most annoying christmas song is deck the halls it just pisses me off like crazy. Deck the halls phalalalalallla the season to be joly it just gets so freakin annoying!!!!!!

It's horrible, and not in the addicting way. It's just a horrible, horrible song that makes you want to commit suicide. :sad2:


...and before you press play it looks like he's giving Rudolph surprise buttsecks. :wacky:
 
I dont know if it counts as a christmas song, but it did (I think) get to christmas number 1. Three words...

That one that Slade sings. It's absolutely dire and yet it's a "classic" that's been around since its birth. In fact, nearly every bloody christmas song in the world does my head in, save for Band Aid and Band Aid 20 and Fairytale of New York, the latter of which I think is a great song. It was sung at our school christmas concert one year and it left a mark on me. xD
 
The most annoying Christmas song is All I Want For Christmas by Samantha Mumba -__- in my opinion. A terrible Pop song. She sings that she doesn't need a present but she needs "her baby" if you know what I mean.
 
the most annoying Christmas song would have to be the Lands End Christmas carol. I wouldn't expect anyone to know this one unless you spent a lot of time in a sears or k-mart store around christmas time a few years ago. let's just say it was so bad it didn't survive the season. I swear if I heard that song one more time i'll kill someone.
 
NOTHING and I mean NOTHING takes the biscuit quite like Cliff Richard at Crimbo time, not ONLY does he have Misletoe and wine, whatever the chuff it is called which I already thought was pants he had to top it by releasing that godawful millenium prayer bollocks. Now THAT is annoying >_<

Most of them are annoying really, Frosty the snowmaN IS ANOTHER ONE THAT SPRINGS TO MIND >_>

And I am NOT editting that, stupid caps lock of doom <_<
 
I hate everything that surrounds Christmas with the exception of the religious factor and actual day itself. I know you asked us to pick one song that is more annoying to us than any other... but they're all just so terrible. I literally wore earplugs with a winter hat to hid them last year to do my x-mas shopping. I just can't stand it... makes me want to fight someone.
 
Another christmas song thats annoying is Santa clause is coming to town it is just so annoying you better watch out you better not cry because am telling you why I HATE THIS SONG!!!!

Hmm, none really are springing to mind apart from Cliff Richard's ones. He's just so gay and reminds me of my pervert maths teacher, in fact I bet he is a Cliff Richard fan.
 
The most annoying Christmas song I heard is the 12 Pains of Christmas but as annoying as the song is, it is the most truthful song you'll ever hear when it comes to Christmas.
 
Most annoying Christmas song in my opinion is Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer. For some reason, I used to love this song as a kid, but now I can't stand it! The chorus is so annoying, and the bad thing is I always get it stuck in my head :gasp:

I'm totally the opposite. I love Slade, and can't stand Fairytale of New York. :wacky: I used to like that, but after listening to it every two hours on the radio at work last Christmas along with Leona Lewis just killed it for me.
I also hate Elton John's. The name escapes me, but it's just awful.
 
Jingle bells or rudolph the bleedin red nosed moose

They're just the most irratating songs in exsistence, its even worse when you here adults singing them. Theres no flow to these songs theyre just crappy tunes you sing when your like 7, maybe change the words of jingle bells to something naughty.
 
I can't stand Christmas songs in general. Out of all the crap Christmas songs out there, I can only pick one or two that I actually like.

Christmas carols are not as bad, but they still get annoying after a while. My least favourite carols are: Jingle Bells and The Twelve days of Christmas.
 
Last Christmas by Wham.

Last Chrimbo one of my colleagues brought a CD to work and put it on the stereo. It proved to be a CD with Wham's Last Christmas burned onto it 11 times, and he was very adamant that we should listen to it all the time. Since then I have been damaged...
