I didn't find a thread for this, so if there is one, please feel free to lock and redirect.

Marble Hornets is an ongoing YouTube series created by Troy Wagner and Joseph DeLage. It pretty much is about this guy named Jay who, with his friend Alex, are film school students and are working on a film called Marble Hornets. Throughout the process of filming, Alex is being stalked by a man called The Operator (who is based off Slender Man, for those of you who dwell on FanFiction forums), causing him mass paranoia and such. He films himself every night due to being so paranoid. He eventually gives all of the tapes to Jay and disappears. Jay eventually watches the tapes and goes out to seek where Alex and his other friends have gone, as well as the secrets on the tapes.

It's a very great series, and has progressed so much since it started in 2009 (I think). All of the entries are available on YouTube, and consist of videos between two accounts, Marble Hornets and To the Ark. If you're into series that involve mystery, decoding (many of the To the Ark entries contain binary codes, as well as codes hidden in the sound files, and etc. It's pretty neat), as well as the occasional sudden scary moments, then it's definitely a series for you.

If you want to watch all the entries, as well as the To the Ark videos, in order of release, go to this link, as it's much, much easier: http://marblehornets.wikidot.com/introduction

So, are you interested in the series? Have you been following the series? Leave your thoughts below, I'd love to talk about MH with you all! :)

I've been following the series but my following after 34-ish died down. Some certain parts of the series have been scary as hell, you won't believe how I had to hide under my sheets at 3 am sometimes just to you know, get used to the various jump scares and sounds coming from it. Plus the slender man himself is scary at the end of the first season. D:

Haha, I'm glad you watch it, too! Yeah, The Operator/Slender Man can really throw you for a loop (especially in the newer ones)! Have you been following lately? It's so, so good. Season 2 is officially wrapped up and will be on sale pretty soon if it isn't already. I can't wait for Season 3! :D

Sorry for the double post, but was wondering what people thought of Season 2. I thought it had a lot of action in it and really grew up to a wonderful season finale. I'm glad to know that Season 2 will be out on DVD soon, so I'll be picking it up when it does. :D

i've recently being watching my way through it all after hearing about this from a few sources. the mystery surrounding it all reminds me of lost. there are so many unanswered questions, and every answer brings more questions.
i think it lost its footing a bit around the mid-20s and started to lag, and i definitely don't find it as creepy as i did in the first couple of dozen entries. the entry when jay was sent the footage of alex shit by amy was pretty terrifying though, as was the one when slender man first appeared in his room.

I've been watching these videos for the better part of a year now. I think they're interesting and creepy, which I like because I don't really get scared too easily anymore. Though I feel the acting is horrible, I cut it a break because back story is interesting. Personally, I'm more of a fan of EveryManHybrid. It's similar in that it too deals with the Slenderman. The things that happen in the show are a little bit more far-fetched, but I think the characters are a bit more likable and I find the their show to be more intriguing. If you haven't, I'd check 'em out.

Mal Definitely see where you're coming from, though I think a lot of questions have been becoming answered as it has progressed. It's really mysterious, and they want the story pretty much to go on as long as it can. Honestly, you can't blame them. I can see that it's getting a bit old, and in a way I want the series to end just so I can figure out what it all means (I've heard that Season 3 will be the last season), but at the same time really would hate to see it go since I'm such a huge fan of it.

The Question I actually have only really follow MH as far as Slendy series go. I just haven't really had the patience to watch EMH, TribleTwelve, TJA Projects or any of the others, though I did watch a bit of a Slendy series called 5zer02 (who happen to live in the same state I do). Pretty interested, but it didn't have many entries up, so I was gonna wait for it to pick up before resuming.
