Liberation: Sign-Up and discussion.

I need to add that as: Sequel. Mainly due to the fact that his story revolves around his origins.

It will take me a while (possibly a day or two) to work on a side chapter to make it fit the storyline (?).
I do have a few questions:

Many years ago, in Jalaria Suburbs, darkness shrouded from the surrounding woods and engulfed the suburbs. Those who went in didn't come out, and were never seen again.

Now, those inside Jalaria Suburbs are falling victim to horrific attacks from dark creatures lurking in the woods, ruled by a mysterious woman deep within. Any who stay outside after darkness falls are brutally killed or dragged into the woods.

The elders of this town, led by the woman Rose, have decided they need to lead the town into safety, as the creatures have begun knocking at doors, and are becoming gradually more violent.
Can you describe the Jalaria Suburbs? What is the weather? General Description? Is it too populated?

Where are these "woods"? How near?

What are these dark creatures? Any hint of how they look like?

It's fine, really. Take your time. He could have been assigned to the dark forest and ended up in the suburbs. I'm not a stickler for detail.

Approved.

Jalaria Suburbs is quite a hot place, often sunny, though snowy in the winter weather. It is hilly and grassy, with thatched cottages as places of residence. There is generally little in the way of modern technology and they grow their own food, much like an Amish community, though there is a tavern. There aren't many people in the way of population.

The woods ring the village directly after its outskirts end. They surround it and continue for several miles. Mainly no sunlight gets through other than a chink here and there, so it is very dark and gloomy. A thin grey mist constantly wisps through and it is pretty cold throughout the entire woods. Unless someone makes to leave throught the north of the woods, they will end up at a magically enchanted stone wall that cannot be destroyed unless Alison wills it. I will make her soon. If they leave through the north, they come to something I will describe in the RP.

The creatures are animal in form i.e wolf, tiger, snake etc. They can use dark magic, claw and bite and are not capable of human possesion. They are not heartless and can be killed, though it is harder to do so than with normal animals.

Erm.... Feck...

Soris might be targeted then, being a forest dweller himself. Though he is on the good side in this, I can picture him being hunted down.

Please don't kill mah foxxeh! ^^

HAH, you can try, he will defend himself to the end!

Dont worry, it was meant as a comical effect, as me is my char, I assumed that he might be hunted, but off course not killed. Godmodding and all ^^

Can I start now? :P
Side Quests:
Chapter 1: Liberation (RP)

It was during the time of our Lord Cray, ruler of Versages, when news of a malicious curse were spread as wild fire throughout the whole mainland. Lord Crey, the reigning emperor at that time, felt concerned for this new sort of menace oftened called by locals as "The Calamity" and with other names such as "The Darkness". Of course, the source of this madness was said to be in a location known as the
Jalaria Suburbs, an area surrounded by an immense forest surrounding it like a ring of threacherous vegetation and unknown flora and fauna. The place is often enveloved in a darkish gray mist which prevents almost any sight of sunlight from penetrating into the suburbs. Barely populated and with little technology, Jalaria is commonly avoided by travelers mainly due to the rumours of unspoken horrors said to occur in the forest.

Although Jalaria was far away from Versages, Lord Crey knew well not to leave this area uninvestigated, therefore he sent one of the young knight trainees, Janus Valerius, son of Viktor the Savior, to survey and bring a full scaled report of the situation. Janus accepted, although he hesitated in his decision.

Soon after a day of preparation, Janus left on an imperial carriege pulled by four imperial stallions and set off to Jalaria. Days later, Janus found himself at the entrance of the forest said to be leading to Jalaria. Oddly enough, it seemed almost as if the forest were inviting him. Wishing to avoid putting his unit at risk, Janus was sent by his superior, Sir Darius, to scout the forest and return with a status report of Jalaria. Janus picked up his sword and the necessary equipment and plunged himself into the dark forest.

Immediately after he entered, the entrance in which Janus went began to be surrounded by a dense mist and inexplicably, it disappeared. The soldiers tried for hours seeking for another entrance, but failed misserably. Now inside, Janus was going to understand the true meaning of horror...
