OOC: For the record, I cannot wait for kupo anymore, we will have to go on without him.

IC: Luna began heading towards Chao's location, jumping and swinging from tree to tree. As she got closer to her, she felt the air around get hotter. As soon as she felt that it meant that Chao is in danger. The fear that her friend might die caused her to go in to her Drive Form, with her leaving a trail of snow and ice behind.

When Luna got to the trench, she saw Chao's skin turning lighter and lighter, and her hair becoming white. The heartless surrounding her from all sides, and she was ready to go at it. Luna in response, fired a string of Blizzaga spells at the Heartless, freezing most of them in place and practically melting them by Chao's power. She came down and struck several Heartless attcking from behind, before yelling to Chao, trying to get closer without burning herself, "Chao, it's me Luna....can you hear me?"

Zaharada saw a bullet aim for her feet and she dodged it accordingly, however, by wasting her time, she watched in horror as she heard a loud boom and the rocket she was supposed to destroy lifted off Nomanisan's space center.

"DAMMIT!!!" She screamed to no one.

"That's too bad...." Raven said, "....you are too late, looks like it's a victory for us."

Zaharada was not amused, saying, "Even if that rocket launches, we have no intent on leaving anyone on this world alive." As she said this she ran up to Raven and swung her knight sword upward, Raven dodged and threw a punch at her chest. Zaharada recoiled but continued pressing her assault, taking her fustrations out at Raven (though she now was attacking with more power and higher speed.)

OOC: Imma going to join the fight, but in a different way. add some more character development ops for Chao in terms of abilities and power. I will send you a pm Leader about a request.

By now, Chao was almost white. Her senses has turned feral and animalistic. Her form has hunched slightly and has lowered herself,mking slight gutteral growls and snarls. Whisps of flame began forming into indistiguished tails and shapes behind her and along her back. With the heartless surrounding her, Chao gave a loud screech of a bird and was about to launch herself when the heartless turned to ice before melting. With the immediate threat gone, the feral Chao swivelled her head around erratically looking for the soource before a familiar voice pierced through her head.

"Chao, it's me Luna....can you hear me?"

These words meant little to the feral human. Chao's eyes caught sight of Luna and a twinge of conscience felt recognition.

However, a spike in power ripped Chao's conscience from the voice and her friend, the beast taking over again. the indistinct shapes behind her back intensified and turned into large wings of flame, launching Chao sky high. The being shot striaght into the air, past the clouds and on the border of space before diving back groundwards like a bullet. From the ground, it seemed like a meteorite. Feral Chao impacted heavily on the ground, creating a large crater ten meters from Raven and Zaharada, on all fours. By now, all of Chao's body was white along with her hair. She spread both arms out wide with both Keyblade in hand before screeching a mighty bird cry before she spoke in a very avianish voice. The air intensified again as the surrounding air heated up from Chao's ambient temperature.

*SCREEECH!*..... BURN....
 
"lu...na...?" Chao incoherently said, before she started screeching like a bird, growing a tail and a pair of wings made of fire, as if she was taking the form of one of the fire spirits, the Phoenix. Chao shot off into the sky and heading westward.

Luna however was worried at what became of her, though this was not the first time she saw her in this form, Luna worried that she would not distinguish between friend and foe. "I have to go and save her before she hurts someone." Luna, still in her drive form, use her magic to create an ice column to climb on then using creating an ice ramp to head in the direction of where Chao went.

Raven and Zaharada were still engaged in their duel. Raven swung at Zaharada several times only to be blocked by Zaharada's greatsword. They were evenly matched and neither one nor the other was going to give up any ground.

Suddenly a fireball came down to where they were fighting. Noticed by both combatants they stepped back so that the fireball would not hurt either of them. Raven covered his eyes from the dust while still floating above the ground. When the dust settled he could not believe what he saw. Chao, or what looked like her, was on all fours, with wings and a tail sprouting out. Raven was the first to speak, "Chao? Chao, is that you?!?"

Zaharda didn't care, her plan was ruined when the rocket launched so of course she didn't care who she fought, "Another fool who wants to fight me! SO BE IT!!!" Zaharada charged as soon as Chao screached and screamed, "....BURN...."

With a target and threat in sight, feral Chao let her power rise, a large tower of pure white flame erupted high into the air, completely obscuring Chao from sight. Zaharada continue to charge forward when a white body darted out from above from the pillar. Cleansing Touch and Heathen Flame had now turned into a pair of pure white flame keyblades (replace heartless symbol with white phoenix and make the whole thing pure glowing white.). Feral Chao dove straight down from above at Zaharada and swung both keyblades in a vertical slash at the Heartless, a trail of white flame following the swing.
 
OOC: Since it has been a week since Hal was here and I cannot reach him, I'm temporarily taking control of his character until he gets back, I've sent an E-Mail before hand.

Zaharada blocked the first vertical swing, but it was so powerful that it knocked her sword down and left her open to the next swing, which albeit left a small cut in the armor, it burned severely, burning and caterizing the wound on the spot as well melting the metal of the armor to her dark skin underneath. However despite all that Zaharada was not going to give in to Chao's power. She launched a diagonal swing at Feral Chao, hoping to return the favor.

As Raven and Hal were watching the fight, Luna appeared, jumping off of the ice slide, she said to Raven, "Raven, Chao's in trouble!" Raven, looking at the fight said, "Actually, I think Chao is winning..." He pointed over to the fight between Chao and Zaharada. Luna tried to go ahead to calm Chao down but Raven grabbed her arm, "No Luna! You go in there you risk getting hurt, let's wait until the fight is over then we will see if we could get her back to normal."
 
Both of Chao's twinblade were occupied, locked in with Zaharada's own blade and still in her body. The diagonal strike arched overhead and downwards towards Chao's chest unobstructed when a glow appeared at the flame beak when a burning white Ultima materialised and took the strike. Both fighters stood and froze in lockdown, the heartless eyes stared deep into the white fire of Chao's feral Phoenix when a split second later, the fire tendrils near her tails lashed upwards and lanced down towards Zaharada at blitzing speed, aiming to skewer the heartless with the burning flails.
 
Zaharada did not expect Chao to block her attack with her beak, she was unable to move out her blade by the time Chao flailed her with the tendrils of fire, mortally wounding Zaharada. As she laid on the ground, being surrounded and enveloped by darkness, she said, "Forgive me Master Scinfaxi, I should have not underestimated their power." Zaharada then faded into darkness.

After the battle, Luna came forward to try and calm Chao down while Raven stood there thinking, "So after that tough talk, Zaharada was no match for Chao."

Hal said to Raven, "That heartless had the same power that Scinfaxi had, albeit weaker."

Raven responded, "No surprise, Zaharada did say she was working for him." He then thought, "And that means that you are out of lieutenants, looks like you will have to come and face us, monster."
 
The heartless warrior slid sickingly down the tendirls that had impaled her. The sight was not pretty, as the ambient heat from the tails continued to burn the being. With a final sthick, the body dropped, where Zaharada managed to utter a few last words before disintergrating like most heartless did.

"Forgive me Master Scinfaxi, I should have not underestimated their power."

With her foe down, Chao was victorious. Her avatar rose up and spread its massive wing out wide and raised its head, letting off a piercing war cry. It was even more animalistic than it was before the battle. By now, Chao's human shape was barely visible amongst the flames. As it lowered its head, Feral Chao spotted the remaining three beings on the ground. To her instinctive sense of survival, it could tell that these three were as equal of a threat as the one she just dispatched. Its blazing eyes narrowed as it positioned itself back into a threatening stance, with all its feathers and tails flaring and its head stuck forward.

SCREECH! REEEEEEEW! RAAAAH!

Like a puppet, the face of Chao followed the exression and emotions of the monster, her eyes furrowed deep into a valley as it tensed itself for another fight.
 
"Well Raven.. Looks like end of days isn't yet... We have work to do" Hal said to Raven, but Luna, focusing more on Chao said, "Raven, I think we have another problem."

"What?.....oh boy..."

The expression on Raven's face turned to that of worry as Chao or whatever that thing was, turned their attention to the three of them.

Luna got ahead of the group, shouting to Chao, "Chao, please stop, you're going to hurt our friends!!" Raven looked on as Luna tried to calm the beast down, he decided that to save both Luna and Chao, he will have to help calm the beast down. He said, "Don't do this Chao, I know you're in there somewhere, come back to us!!!"
 
Hal stood infront of Raven and Luna...

"Chao you must stop!

He pressed a button on his bracer and it realeased a high pitch tone which he thought would affect the monster

"Please... Stop this madness.. The heartless are our enemies not each other!"

OOC: Hal, you cant just say your high pitched noise can have an effect on the monster. The monster is me, so it would constitute as a bit og God modding

The high pitched noise went right by Chao. No normal methods in subdueing animals would work. Instead, the beady eyes squinted and its head lowered down as it stared threateningly at Luna. Whatever the human girl had said went right by the monster as it let out an ear-wretching scream before launching herself into the air, hovering. Just barely audible though, was a much more human voice as the monster lifted off.

Luna.....help....

Luna heard the soft audible voice from Chao before she took off. Luna said, "Raven, Hal, we've got to subdue her." Raven already thinking of a way while this was going on said, "I've got an idea. Hal, if you have any ideas, use them, but I'm gonna see what I can do!!!" Snatching Luna's keyblade, Raven started running towards a tree, although he was still in his drive form he cannot actually fly. His only hope of reaching Chao was to get a hold of her using the transforming properties to transform his Keyblade into anything he can imagine, a trick he learned from his father Erieste.

Raven ran up the tree, and tried to get up to the top of the tree. From there, he jumped as high as he could to reach at Feral Chao, even using the Aerial Dodge Manuver to get close, but the scorching heat means that he can't get close or he'll burn to death. Rather using his "Four Wings" Keyblade, he transformed into a rope lined with aluminum to retain the same characteristics of rope yet be resistant to the heat being emitted.

Raven lassoed the rope and threw it aiming for the Pheonix's talons, if he missed, Raven would have to glide for a second attempt, and it would be even harder due to not covering that kind of range.

OOC: A short one. Im going to charge up a move which will take two posts. Your next one, then my one. If you have not done what is needed, ill tell you via the OOC thread what to do and you can do it in your second post.

The Raven-String transformed rope wrapped around the talons of Feral Chao. However, this only served to keep the spirit fixated at one spot and altitude. Feral Chao, still able to hover, did not find the chain to its liking. It irritated it, as it saw it as a thing keeping it from its freedom.

The air behind its back became superheated, as the temperature soared and the air became distorted with heat. A swirling whirlpool pattern began to form, as if spinning into the vortex which was the point between Feral Chao's wings. Its beak started to glow white hot, almost blinding. Any idiot could tell that something big was about to hit.
 
OOC: Understood, well for the record, I really don't know outside of more conventional methods, so I know I'm not gonna expect it. Still, may as well do something stupid to pass the time.

Raven started to feel the heat being generated from Feral Chao, meaning that she was going to launch a big attack. "Something of that magnitude could potentially turn the island into a volcanic wasteland. This must end."

Like a Pirate climbing up a sail, Raven put Luna's Keyblade in his mouth and started climbing up the rope, trying to get close as possible to Chao in order for his plan to work. As he climbed up the rope, the heat intensified to the point where Raven had to stop midway to rip off his white, now dried out, wife-beater shirt revealing a somewhat muscular body underneath. He continued forward, hoping to get in close to her and use her keyblade.

Raven thinks back to when Master Erieste, Raven's father was lecturing him about the transformation properties of the Keyblade.

"As a Keyblade Warrior, you must be able to master the ability to transform your Keyblade into anything. The Keyblade can transform into anything that is not limited by your imagination."

As he was saying this, Erieste was transforming his Keyblade into various weapons, swords, spears, cannons, even a boquet of flowers and a Battleship's Main Gun. Raven was awed by the way his father can use his Keyblade for versatility.

Now it came time to use the Keyblade's versatility for his own purpose. Now that he was at close enough range (Raven's hands were started to have first-degree burns) Raven removed Luna's Guardian Soul from his teeth, and transformed it into a Liquid Nitrogen Gun(Link but the gun is colored in a blue hue), which he fired at Chao in an attempt to cool her down before her attack.
 
Hal Stood back in awe and watched as Raven transformed his keyblade..

"Luna! Blizzard its back? try to cool it down - anything"

Hal rose his bracer towards chao and cast blizzard hoping to hit her and subdue the heat on the back.
 
OOC: uuuUUUUuuu...Hal is along the right track. The idea is to cast a large scale blizzad attack down on Chao, forcing it to the ground and freezing its body to the floor. Since it is magical ice, it should hod for a bit. It is temprary, but it will be trapped for a short while for Luna to talk to Chao. Another short one.

The blizzard fired at its back and the nitrogen was a smart idea, cooling the air around the inferno, but all it did was that, slowing the build-up of power for the Inferious attack. A thin layer of ice coated the wings and neck of Feral Chao, making the joints and her movements sluggish. Not being able to use its wings, Feral Chao dipped a bit before the ice melted, returning the ability to use its wing back. The unexpected attack irritated Feral Chao. It opened its mouth wide, the glowing energy formed into a gigantic sphere, the surrounding light hazed, drawn into the attack. Although not complete, Feral chao planned to fire Inferious prematurely. Although not as destructive, it was enough to level the base.


 
OOC: Well I was gonna Self-Destruct the base anyways and a good 90% have already evacuated, so I suppose doing that would make it easier.

IC: Luna realized that Hal had a good idea spot on and also began shooting blizzard to try and slow the beast, however, all it did was make Feral Chao angry, launching an energy attack at the base itself.

"Hal, GET DOWN!!!" Luna screamed as she saw the attack headed for the base. The attack connected at the Facility, destroy the central building and damaging much of the underground complex. Fortunately, the majority of the base was evacuated, but for those that still remain are probably lost.

Getting back up, Luna fired several Blizzard spells from her hands, if Hal get's up and continues, the three of them would be able to calm her friend down.

Raven however, was still hanging, with Hal's and Luna's help they were able to start weakening the beast, but it still was not going to be easy. Raven silently muttered to himself, "If I knew magic and this thing had better range, I probably would not be risking my life again." He however continued to fire the LN Gun at Feral Chao, hoping to weaken it further and get it to ground.
