OK, I have had quite a bit of experience with Jehovah's Witnesses. My main complaint is that they think they are the only ones who know the "truth". It is pretty much a turn off.
Well, this was several years ago. I had this ambition to study the Bible from cover to cover. So I joined different Bible study groups. In one of my Bible studies, I got into a discussion about the Jehovah's Witnesses beliefs on the trinity. Well, they have their own ideas about it. Mainly that the Father, the son and the Holy Spirit are separate entities not 3 in 1. So one dropped by my house one day. I had a two hour discussion with them and then decided to study their beliefs for a while. The interesting thing about them is that they do not bother with passing offerings and crap. So when I went to their meetings, I never had to give donations. Although I did every once in a while. It seemed to me that they were very serious and sincere about their faith. But it was too harsh for me. After two years of studying and occasionally going to meetings, I decided to quit. I just did not think they were the "truth". Besides, I completed my reading of the Bible. I felt I had enough religious study.
