okay so its 2a.m the rest of the UK is probably asleep by now, but i am wide awake watching freaking poker on channel 5, i wouldnt complain but this has been goin on for months now, fed up of it to be quite honest. ive tried going to bed earlier, but find myself lying there for hours anyway. thik i need some sleeping pills or something haha, anyway im done venting my frustration.

you have insomnia too, eh.
I actually enjoy it tbh.
I can get stuff done instead of sleeping
sleeping pills can really mess you up, you try melatonin?

That's not true. Mark and Vikki are both still on MSN. :ahmed:

I get insomnia every few months. It usually only lasts a week or so but I've had it for the past couple of months and it hasn't stopped. I got sleeping pills from the doctor yesterday and I haven't slept that well in ages. :monster:

its not insomnia really hahaha i just claim it is, i think its the way my body clock is set, i used to enjoy late nights and lie ins but now as i get older i want to get up earlier, im planning on starting the gym tomorrow but getting up at 2pm really defies the point imo rather be there early and get it iver with, going to have to attempt it soon, perhaps next week :hmmm:

:lew:

Of course getting up at 2pm is why you're not sleeping at nights, numpty :8F:

I fucking hate insomnia. It cripples me when I get a bout of it.

Sleeping pills didn't work for me, they made my body feel all relaxed but my stupid head was still buzzing away

This may sound unhealthy but what I tend to do is not sleep till the next day. You get so exhausted that you don't have any choice but sleep early then. I have to be dosed with caffeine though so I don't sleep at 9 or 11 am like an idiot. Should you do this of course, try doing it on a weekend or something, you don't want to perform weakly at work or something.

I usually go through that every summer, when the time never really matters to me. It gets to be a pain in the ass though, and the solutions are numerous. If you don't have sleeping pills, try taking two or three gravol.

Also do like GameMage said and stay up for the entire night and next day. That can be a little difficult but it will get your sleeping pattern right back on track.

And yeah, exercise helps a lot too.

I well foolishly had a massive nap this afternoon, looks like Im gunna be up all night as well -__-
