Help Huge Materia

So I've just gotten to Cosmo Canyon, and given the Huge Materia to Bugenhagen. I could've sworn I got them all, but I only have the Yellow, Green and Red one. This wouldn't bother me, but I read that you can get Bahamut ZERO from the Blue one if you have Bahamut and Neo Bahamut, which I do.

Is there any way to know which task I missed?

I forget which task gives you which color. So here I will try to list the task.

1. The Fort Condor finale fight

2. The Rocket launch from rocket in which shinra tries to stop meteor.

3. The train ride to coral. Note if you stop it you also get the materia Ultima spell.

4. After you get you submarine, dive from Jeuno XD, where-ever the shinra cannon was originally. Dive make sure to be cautious of Emerald Weapon, there should be a patch of grass some-where to your left, and a sucken sub in the middle. Inspect that for the last piece.

I'm definitely sure I got the Fort Condor one and the Submarine one. I got the Fort Condor from talking to the leader after getting the Phoenix summon.
I got the Submarine one from the sunken Red one.
I remember I got the Ultima Materia in Corel, but I'm not sure about the Huge.
I don't remember getting the one in space, was it necessary to get off the rocket?

To Elaborate on the 4th one, If you use the sub and travel on the surface of the water, head to Costa de Sol. you'll see a little alcove to the north. go all the way up to the end then Dive down. the Sub should be there.

EDIT: You needed to go up into the top compartment in the Rocket while in space and enter the code to get the Materia. I forget the code but it's easy enough to find on the web, or someone'll post it here eventually.

I'm not sure about the green and yellow huge materias but I know the red is from the submarine and the blue is from the rocket. If you missed the rocket one which is the blue one then there is no way of getting it. You will need to load from a previous save file if you have one.

Also the forth one and last is in the rocket. Shinra's plan was to gather all the huge materia and send it to space in the rocket. So with that being said you do the submarine part of the game before you go to space. Right after you finish with that part you are free to use the sub and get your huge materia
