How Coordinated are you?

I'm fairly coordinated when it comes to balance and maneuvering my body but when it comes to things like ball sports I am quite hopeless with throwing balls, catching them, kicking them ect... What about you guys?
 
I'm not sure. I'd like to think so. I don't really get hurt easily since I can pretty much keep my own balance and I'm fairly decent at sports. Heck, I can do 3 sets of ten push-ups properly using that Perfect Push-ups, although I start to struggle after that. So I can control and maneuver my body if I set my mind to it.
 
I'd say I'm rather well co-ordinated. I play a lot of sports and I think that helps. I can catch well throw well and all that, but I'm terrible at any kind of gymnastics.
 
I'm an all round sports person really, I'm good at catching but that seems to come natural to me. I'm very coordinated in football (soccer) but that just comes with the years and years of practice/training/matches etc, because I need to be able to take a ball out of the air, shape my body to shoot etc.

That's all I can think of. :wacky:
 
I'm useless. I can't even walk across the room without tripping up, if I try throwing the remote at someone, i'l either miss by miles, or if I'm trying to throw it near them so it doesn't hit them it will end up hitting them right on the nose....

I would be doomed if I ever learn how to drive and I got pulled over to see if I had been drinking for whatever reason because I can't do all that walking in straight lines like they make people do :gasp:
 
I'm okay when it comes to sports, I'm quite good at shooting hoops at basketball or netball. When it comes to playing the piano I'm awful and can't do right and left hand at the same time. >< As for balance, I randomly trip up and fall over even when standing still all the time. :gasp:
 
I'm pretty co-ordinated, especially at throwing (I actually got suspended when I was younger cause I threw a rock at some little brat who thought it was funny to keep nickin our footie, it was about 120 yards away on a packed yard and it clocked him right above the eye! what a shot!) but I think it's cause I used to skate and I still play guitar. pretty good hand-eye co-ordination anyway lol
 
hmmm i think about averagely coordinated, i used to skate board alot, and i used to play guitar ALOT also. Sports never played that much. Avoided soccer mostly. In middle school, i got hit in the back at point blank with a soccer ball. I fell on my knees and cussed with the little breath i had. The person ignored me, like hitting people with soccer balls at full speed was normal. It was ... a girl who kicked the ball at me.
 
I have the most wack-job, oddball style of balance and maneuverability of anyone I know. Generally, I'm a clumsy little fuck, falling over just when I'm standing still. When I'm hackey-sacking though, I'm friggin' incredible (not to be arrogant, =P, but everyone I know acknowledges that I outshine most people) and I almost never fall during hackey-sack, which is an accomplishment with how often I play.
In other sports, it depends. If I get into it, I can get really good. Other times, I just eat shit all over the field.
 
I'm a sturdy bloke so I don't really go to ground when playing sports unless it's intentional (i.e tackling, etc.) so I think I'm pretty well coordinated in that area. As far dribbling a football at speed goes, though, useless. I can't run fast and keep the ball in front of me, I end up either tripping or running straight over it.
 
Overall, I'd say I'm well-coordinated. A little more so in certain areas, of course, but I wouldn't call myself clumsy.

For some reason, I can't catch or throw a football (american football), though. Maybe I'm used to baseball. Either way, I make the sport look ugly when I play.
 
When it comes to balance, I'd say I'm average, but I can throw a cricket ball well over 60m, and catch it easily with one hand. The only sports I'm good at are Football, Badminton, Tennis, Athletics, Basketball and Table-Tennis. With Baseball, I can only hit it hard; my accuracy is fairly mediocre.
 
Well... I wouldn't say the I'm too clumsy or too well-coordinated, more like a point in between. Thing is... my mind is too fast for my body, :P Which essentially means I've got good reflexes... but it doesn't always go too good. In general, I can handle myself pretty well, but in some cases my mind can be completely out of it. My accuracy isn't too good but 70% of the time something favorable happens. So, That how coordinated I am, XD
 
Im crap at sports, seriously. I cant catch, throw straight or shoot straight. Story of my life. Walking straight is hard for me sometimes as Im so clumsy and go home from work with a new bruise nearly every night!
 
I've been in martial arts since i was 6, karate, judo, kickboxing, boxing, muai tai, and brazilian ju jitsu. I've never actualy taken one all the way just got a basic knowledge for them then moved on. I know i have good balance and have good coordination (sorry if i sound cocky :P). I move like i'm about to dance all the time apparently too according to my bud's :(
 
I can use a tennis racquet well, and catch balls fairly well, but I'm terrible at footwork, and balance. If I'm dodging around someone coming around a hallway by 360ing around them, it'll usually take an extra 3 steps after I finish just to balance myself again. That goes for Martial Arts as well (Oh, the shame!).
