Hiya, the name's Ash, and I'm nineteen. I had joined a couple of Final Fantasy forums years ago (not this one) but eventually fell out of them due to a mixture of lack of news and personal reasons. After this year's E3, however, I got energized about the games again and felt the urge to find other people to discuss the series with. 
I actually have a bit of a funny history with the games, my mom became a fan during her college years and I ended up watching her play Final Fantasy I, II + III (I, IV + VI) when I was little. I didn't start playing the games myself (besides sparse battles) until I was six or so. Suppose you can call me a life long fan! My favorite game of the series is VI, followed shortly by IX.
Other than various games I play, I'm getting back into school for computer programming soon, and I spend a lot of my spare time writing and fostering a wannabe chef hobby. I'm excited to be here!
