Feel free to ask for Advice in this thread and one of our GFXers will offer you theirs. =]

Well, you can always try hitting enter when you have teh text tool on the Text layer. when the little thing that you type with is seen. Just move it in front of the words you wanna move down and hit enter.

To get started?
Well, the way I get started is by taking the darkest color of the render and applying it to the background of the sig it self, later I use brushed with different modes behind the render it self to try to blend in the image it self. Of course you shouldn't crowd one layer with many brush strokes so I suggest making multiple layers.
Of course, I'm not sure if GIMP can do that but if that was the case then that's the way that is usually easier for me to start.

Best way to start and keep learning is tutorials. You'll learn so much from reading tutorials. Im still learnin loads from them all the time. Theres plenty for GIMP and photoshop just do a google search.

Is there a way to cut out roxas from another pics in a more crisp and clean way? This was what i tried

What does it mean to rip? I see that all over Tutorials on the net and was wondering what it meant. I know it does not mean the literal meaning of tearing something. Is it related to plagerizing?

Exactly. There are people out there that don't feel it's wrong to take other people's stuff and say it's their own.

Dunno why they do it tbh. I'd feel like a right idiot stealing GFX >_>
