hmmmmmm, thats alot of health *contemplates being that so full of life*
But still we require a greater amount than one member to beat such a worthy opponent.
Ok I:
-Reduced his MAG not his MP.
-I reduced his spell casting percentage. Now it is 25. So in other words, he will cast a spell once every four turns.
-His spell levels are now LV 2
-Oh and one hint. Have you tried to attack anything else beside his head?! What about the arms or the torso?

Alright, just attack his torso. It is the only part of his body that lacks protection.
Okay... only because there's no party limit... I'll join teh party: (My character phails)
- My SPD is 76, so with haste it'll be around 96 (Which is twice Gilgamesh's speed if the leader is 50)
- My EVA is 100, so with haste it'll be around 125
- My DEX is 105, so it's a sure hit... but I need something to enhance my STR if I want to do any damage at all
- My Mag Def is 60, a little bit 'high'?
- I still got 2 levels to go (If I train a friggin lot much!)
- I shall stock up on potions...
- My weapons still can be enchanted (they got 20 enchant left) [They got (strength)berserk already]
Cons:
- I got LOW HP (300...)
- I got relatively low STR (76 which goes to like 100) with Berserk... By training Energy Focus I shall raise that a little bit more...
So yeah... that's my character...
EDIT: With My actual STR + Berserk, I dealt 54 damage to Gilgamesh. When I have Energy Focus It'll be even higher,

But your forgetting something, Gilgamesh can have +400 STR he will pwn you with one/two or three hits. Neverthless you can't suprass my STR. I can reach 300
