Here's the deal. This is not a general graphic chat thread. Please refrain from posting one liners and stuff like "Wow, great tut! @ insert a username".

Tutorial Requests

I noticed that a lot of people are going around using tutorials, or wanting tutorials from specific graphic artists, or just a tutorial on a specific signature with a style that has been used. This is the place to 'request' a tutorial at.

You can @ username a member, most likely, any active graphic artist will respond, and either decline or accept, and make a tutorial. The tutorial should not be posted in this thread, but in the general tutorial section found here: http://finalfantasyforums.net/forumdisplay.php?f=70

If you have a specific signature that you've seen an artist do around the forum, and you'd like to know how they did it, here's the place to request. Keep in mind that the artist holds the rights to either accept or decline.

Tutorial Guidance

Say that specific artist made that specific tutorial for you, but you are stuck on a certain portion of the tutorial and aren't sure what they mean / or it isn't completely clear to you what they did, or how they did it - you can also ask about this here.

Again, this is not a thread made for Constructive Criticism, so your attempts and outcomes still go in the ACTUAL tutorial thread which you followed to make your signature.

Lirael, feel free to request more. I don't have all the PSD's anymore, so I'm doing my best to just explain how I got a certain effect if I remember.

Here's the tut. you requested. I assume it's a bit messy to follow as I didn't save the PSD, so I couldn't show you in steps, but if you have questions, thankfully this is the thread to do so as well. xD

I wouldn't mind a tutorials on getting and how to use different types of effects, I do not mind who does it, but it would be nice that I lack in the effects and I use the same ones all the time

I'd love a tutorial from either Six or Ellie on how to do transparent text. It looks really good on your sigs you make and i can't quite understand how to do it

Omgosh hahaha <3 thank you stevie. I'll see if I can make a tut on it I'm not sure when I'll get it up because I will be busy most of this week coming up but I'll definitely give it a shot!
