Yeah, I was thinking that bargain hunting is kind of a retarded thing to do for tattoos, cuz you can get some idiot wanting to do it for the least amount of money but also suck really bad :wacky:

I don't think expecting less than 40 USD for a teeny little tattoo is too bad though :monster:
