Final Fantasy XII hits Europe on Feb. 23rd

It's about time news now, with Square Enix announcing the official release date for Final Fantasy XII in PAL territories. Arriving on February 23rd (that's 2007), role-playing fans in Europe are the last to receive a game rife with political intrigue, androgynous street urchins and bunny-eared vixens. It might actually be the description on the back of the box.

There's no mention of a fancy collector's edition, but rumor has it that the game itself is well worth the asking price. Particularly impatient gamers would do well to pick up Okami in the meantime -- it's finally out in Europe on February 23rd.

I need this game NOW. Damn my martial arts friend who preordered it last year ;;
 
About time :D well since it comes out 16 days after my Birthday i for one will be getting it on the release day (hopefully)
 
Yup, as usual the coverart is the Logo, the Judge, against a white background xP
 
Argh i cant wait it comes out a day before my b-day dammit i've been waitin too long for this game
 
I preferred the other cover tbh. I would have liked ours more if all 5 judges were on it.
 
Yeah, that would have been cool, but im glad we dont have the US cover. The US Special Edition looked really nice, but the normal one which i bought really wasnt. :/ or i didnt think so anyway. Vaan's lips, rofl.

Anyway, Logo on white background is the tradition! :P
 
I remember HMV predicting it would be February. Sweet, another game I can look forward to.
 
Heh better late then never i suppose :P.. Hehe half the world has already got bored of FFXII and Europe is just gonna get the Journey started on the 23rd.. heh

Unfortunately, I'm not one of those people. I'll hold on tight no matter what. I held on tight for Kingdom Hearts II and I'll hold on tight for Final Fantasy XII. It's another Final Fantasy to look forward.

And besides, we always get some things later than everyone else. A pity really. We got Advent Children before America though ... so heh.
 
Once again we Europeans gets the royal screw job (don't mean to offend anyone) but i'm not worried, i've pre-ordered my copy. Feb 23rd here I come!

WOO!!! i pre-ordered and reserved my copy today :D which means ill get it the day it comes out :D if its on a weekend ill be up till like 5am on it lol and if its on a weekday - 2am lol

yeh.. should be alright .. shame there isnt like a dam decent really cool main character in it like the others.. oh well gameplay should be out of this world... ill keep u lot posted on my progress through the pal version of the game... hopefully i can obtain the most powerful-est characters than any other european gamer on here..
