BTW! You can learn new abilities on the way by training and experience but it won't occur often. Maybe you find a new materia and start using it or something, but for beginning no more than 2 abilities( 4 for turk).
 
Seager wouldnt use Ultima any ways.

If i had known we could have materia i would have had the one materia I ALWAYS use. . . Altho, Bahamut is pritty powerful so i don't think i will have it for this RP hehe. . .

Apperance: for those who have seen him The only thing they can say is he wears the finest suits and always has a drink in his hand, He also carries a cane with him, as he has somewhat of a limp.


Personality: Secretive and has his own agenda, Very few talk to him face to face.

weapons: Hidden gun strapped to him and long blade hidden in his cane

Mass communication: Cuz hes the director of shinra he can contact any of his employees at any given time, though he usually only uses this to give missions

Thinking bout it Seager never really uses summons so he'll just pass them onto anyone who wants them. He's kind in that way.

Also I'll just go edit my abilities.

Kasumi does not know the extent of her beauty or charm and can never see where people are coming from when they pay her a compliment. Reaching in at a rather impressively short 5 foot, Kasumi has always been called dainty or small. She does not deny this as she knows exactly how small she is in stature. She is also quite slim and has worked hard to keep it that way. Her muscles are well toned, her legs taut and her arms strong. With a rather ample bust and curvy hips, Kasumi has a womanly figure that many would be proud of.
Her hair is a dark red, so long that it brushes the backs of her knees. Strands fall around her face and she typically wears it held back about half way down by a black band. Her left eye is an emerald green and the right a pale sapphire blue. Large and honest, her eyes betray every tiny emotion that flows through the Turk's body. With soft, pale skin that is as unblemished as a porcelain doll, her appearance can be described as somewhat angelic.
Before becoming a Turk, Kasumi wore whatever she felt comfortable in. However, she now wears a sleeveless Shinobi shozoku match the Turk uniform, although the style is clearly modified. Garbed in black, a white sash tied in a bow around her waist, she feels a part of the Turk’s society. Her hands are also covered in sort of material bracer style.

+ Personality:: Kasumi is about as diverse in personality as they tend to come. Her mood swings through her four primary moods although she can enter others if affected in certain ways.

~ Haipa – This is Kasumi’s typical mood. There is more than one stage to this emotion, the first being slightly happy and docile in nature. Smiles are small and frequent although seem dispassionate and melancholy at times. The next stage is more positive. Kasumi is more bouncy and smiley in the second sort of Haipa, a smile that is wide and beaming always on her face. And the most extreme would be what many refer to as being Hyper. Like a raging ball of energy, Kasumi is random and her mood is oft times contagious. Whichever of these stages she is in, Kasumi is always thoughtful and compassionate. The Ninja is outgoing, loyal and generally pleasant to be around. This emotion often earns her the title of being cute or adorable.

~ Hiai – on the opposite side of the emotional scale, Hiai is what Kasumi uses to sum up being down or upset. This emotion covers a wide variety of basic emotions. Depression, general down in the dumps or general sadness included. She is rather unresponsive in this mood, usually replying with simple movements of her head and hands. Although, those close to her can still can some form of emotion from her. In his mood, Kasumi is seen as aloof as she tries to push herself away from those around her to prevent her negative mood affecting anybody else. Only small, sad smiles can be seen when she feels this way and her eyes appear dim as though blank and devoid of all feeling.

~ Doki – it usually takes an awful lot to make the young Shinigami enraged but when she is, Kasumi enters what she calls her Doki [or wrath]. It is this emotion that tears her away from the stereotypical calm personality as she becomes cold-blooded, rage-filled and very unfriendly. Very few people can get anything other than spite from her when she is in this mood and even then, she is not as friendly as she would be out of the mood. Due to the anger that courses through her, Kasumis’ face is distorted in hate, transformed into a mask of rage that steals away most of her beauty. Although some seem to like it… weird as they are. It sometimes takes a lot to calm her down yet most of the time, once she has sated her anger by venting, Kasumi reverts quiet easily back to Haipa.

~ Ikusa – this is the word that she uses to refer to her frame of mind when in battle. Neither completely cold-blooded nor calm, in Ikusa Kasumi is alert and ready to attack of defend on command. She listens to her comrades and plays her moves accordingly. Kasumi is quick on the ball and knows when is best to heal, defend or attack. Working better as part of a team, the girl will do her utmost to keep her party on the winning side.

Of course, she swings between other moods too; however, she is mostly seen in one of these four. In general, Kasumi is a fun-loving, friendly and kind young woman with a protective and loyal streak that is hard to match.

+ Weapons::
~Shirouka: A kodachi of typical length. The guard is in the shape of five petals flaring out from the hilt, each as white as snow and curving very slightly in towards the hand at the tips. The hilt is bound in white, two strips of the material flowing past the butt, each to about a meter extra in length. Kasumi is able to use these to increase the range she can attack at. The blade itself is as white as the rest of it, making it – in Kasumi’s eyes at least – a rather beautiful weapon.

~Heki: A double barrelled revolver, Heki was made as a sub-weapon for Kasumi upon becoming a Turk. It is a sleek weapon, fashioned to suit the girl chosen to wield it. Silver, the gun seems to almost glitter when in-use. Kasumi hides this slimmer-than-most gun at her hip.

+ Abilities::
~ Sharp Shot: Being a Turk has its advantages, All Turks are trained to be expert marksmen. Though only a few embrace the gun, many choosing other weaponry.

~ Inside Info: Turks have the Sneakiest ways of just happening to know important information. And tend to show up just in the niche of time. Often stealing limelight and taking credit.

~ Cat Agility: Simply put, Kasumi has the grace and reflexes of a feline. Swift on her feet, Chiyu is a natural ninja and is able to use this most efficiently on the battlefield.

~ Stealth: Being a ninja, Kasumi is able to blend in effectively. This allows her to infiltrate undetected, often earning the Turks vital information. A master at this, Kasumi is spotted only when she reveals herself. (course there are exceptions when people would know she was there but still xD)


+ History::
Kasumi was born to a regular family and lived a relatively ordinary childhood. However, at the age of thirteen, her natural agility and grace showed itself. From that moment on, she devoted herself to the art of being a Ninja, seperating herself from her family gradually until she was nothing more than herself.
With no family to wear her down, Kasumi entered her latter teens, isolated and alone. She preferred it this way, however, as it meant she was able to focus upon her training, honing her natural agility and stealth. Upon one particular day, whilst pursuing a target using her stealth, Kasumi was discovered by the Turks.

Seeing her abilities as a viable assest, she was brought in to Shinra. Two years on, after intense training in the art of the gun, Kasumi awaits her first real tests.


((So short. I hate writing short histories, but I have NO IDEA what to write so... =\))
 
She'd prefer something like Kassie. XDDD It's cuter in her opinion. >_>

Just don't call her Chiyu unless it's someting professional. :gasp: She might go ninja on your ass.
