The death of the Ultimate Frees my path.
The 2nd, a construct of men carries me Within.
Near the city of power I await, controlled by lunacy.
We are in nature, both great in power.
Yet separate we Are held at points in a Journey.
(there are 2 answers to this riddle get one or both to win)

Actually, it was a pretty good one. 
At first I was thinking something with Ultimate weapon and the Ultima weapon.
