It definitely looks like it's a female, but the only confirmed Team Nora member is Lebreau and she's in the top right Although, I did post a thread within the past 2 weeks saying there will be secret characters in the Pulse store (something like that) so this might like in with that. Very interesting

If it is a female (which I hope it is- what sort of male would look like that?), I was reminded of Rubi from WET for some reason. It must have been the hair. I suspect there may be a lot of Team Nora members anyway. I also seem some fate befalling them like AVALANCHE.

It could be an updated model of someone else, or like others have said other Team Nora members or secret characters. Either way, I don't mind what gender it is but he/she has really nice hair and if it were a female it too reminded me of WET, but it looks quite nice for a sophisticated and calm male too. It's very nice to have side characters looking quite great, and makes me hope that Team Nora are seen often in the game and not just in the train/scorpion scene.
