Emmericana Universalis: A Strana Fantasia Reale Production

Story:
Emmeria, a land of Emerald Plains, A land of Kings, a land of war.
The Khesed Empire… Emperor Alexander IV sits upon a hungry throne, thirsty for more land, and more honor. He sets out on a brutal campaign to unite the Kingdoms under his rule. Using the skills of his elite Phoenician soldiers, Alexander invades his neighbors and conquers lands from them, to the point of even defeating and conquering one of them.
He then sets his sights on the Kingdom of Gracemeria, ruled by the illustrious Angevin dynasty of Kings. Despite the tenacity and bravery of the soldiers of the Kingdom, their numbers grow thin, even the king fell to Alexander’s empire.
Now the court rests in the hands of an 18-year old who just became a man, his name is Aurelius Angevin, son of James the Fearless. As the new king he must learn to show no fear and defeat Alexander’s Khesed Empire.
To do so, he must unite with the other Kingdoms of Emmeria.
He must ally with the Nordennavicians, warriors happy to pay the blood price for their ambitions…
The Tarvans, from the highlands and across the lowlands, a spirited people ready for battle…
And the Felinsulians, a people of song and sword, and leaders who would bend their knees to no invaders, the Felinsulian warrior who never sleeps and dreams of retribution…
Emmeria, the dream of unification is in the minds of each of the five kings, but who will come to make the fantasy real?

This RP will begin with a raid by the Khesed Imperial Army in the walled town of Gracemeria, at this point only 2 factions are available at this time, the Gracemerians, and the Khesedians. As the story progresses, more factions will be available to either assist the Gracemerians, assist the Khesedians, or strike on their own to unite Emmeria under their rule.

Factions:
(More factions will be revealed as the story progresses as they will come either to assist the Gracemerians, or follow their own agenda, in all cases, each faction is hostile against Khesed.)

Gracemeria-King Aurelius III
The Kingdom of Gracemeria is considered to be the richest of the Emmerian Kingdoms. It is also indeed the smallest, with them holding sway over the city of Gracemeria and the adjacent Alma River that makes up the boundary between their Kingdom and Tarvo.
Aurelius III, son of King James III the Fearless and Mary of Castilla, rules the land as the youngest king to be crowned king of such a vast Kingdom. Though he sticks up for his friends, he must learn to be brave and cunning if he is to save his Kingdom.

Khesed-Emperor Alexander IV
The Khesed Empire was created through humble Origins. Originally a Lordship, it eventually evolved to Kingdom, which became an Empire when it conquered lands in mainland Anea. Ruling the lands from his personal domain in Campagna Castle in Vitoze, Alexander is cold and ruthless, and seeks to create his own empire, mirroring empires like the Centrun and Olympian Empires of old.

In this RP, I will be using 2 characters, The recently crowned King Aurelius III (at the time age 18) and his bodyguard and trusted friend, the Phoenician, Ellie Amadeus.

In addition, the RP plays out similar to Assassins Creed II and Diar's The Nine Worlds. There will be a total of 14 Arcs which covers important events of the 30-year long conflict, so multiple periods of time, some spanning past multiple years, will be passed over (though it may be touched on in a fan fic)

As stated, Arc 1 will begin with the Khesedian invasion to conquer it's rival's capital Gracemeria in the May of the year 3 BSC (equivalent year, 1297)

Name: Adam Frachdel

Age: 19

Gender: Male

Race: Human

Affiliation: Khesed Empire

Appearance: Adam is tall, coming in at just under six foot. He is slender, but well built and toned, and tanned bronze from exercise in the sun for several years. His body is noticeably muscled and he has short, black hair that is close to the scalp. He has large, blue eyes and a hard, often expressionless face.

He wears short sleeved clothes such as a short sleeved white shirt with the sleeves rolled all the way up to the shoulders. He wears full length trousers, but they are light and flexible, allowing him to train without overheating quickly.

In battle, he wears light armour and a helm over his head with only the minimum amount of air holes necessary to breath. His torso and leg armour suits him both mounted and on the ground, and strikes a good balance between speed and strength.

Personality: Adam is loyal and noble by nature, siding with Emperor Alexander in all things. He holds quite a high position in the Khesedian army, and is btg, confident and quite authoritative, being what some people would describe as a bit of a buzzkill. He has problems with disloyalty, and will severely punish any subbordinates he catches in desertion or betrayal.

However, at heart, he believes Alexander ideals to be detrimental to the world and does not agree with him or his policy of invasion. He is quite compassionate and very helpless, but a little pigheaded in his ways. He only follows Khesed due to his history.

Job Class: Fighter/ Heavy Soldier

Weapons: A large greatsword.

Name: Leitha Cucuhulain Diancecht

Age: 221

Race: Fey
(A race of Elf like people with longer than normal life spans. Have the typical elven characteristics but each has a unique birthmark across their back signifying their role within their kingdom. Closer to the Gods, this elf like race matures at 500 years old, earning their wings)

Affiliation: Gracemeria

Appearance: Leitha is the more intimidating of the two women when it comes to looks. With raven black hair and silvery green eyes, she stands at 5'8'', a full five inches taller than her friend. Her body is a little less curvy, but certainly no less womanly. Her armour is darker with almost branch like designs decorating it. Her armour mask is perhaps what gives her the intimidating appearance, along with the flowing gauze cloak that ripples out behind her

Personality: Leitha is a very driven young with the desire to protect the wildlife she fights for. She is fiercely passionate about nature and with a steely determination that borders on almost inhuman, Leitha is not an easy one to sway. Once her mind is set upon something, this young Fey (young by her peoples standards at least) does not back down until she has achieved her objective.

The Nightingale

Crafted from the most durable of trees, The Nightingale is designed specifically for Leitha's hand. The design, ornately carved into the wood, is hand etched and the string made of elastic but tough fibres. With the capability to nock three arrows at once, the longbow is truly a special weapon to the Fey who wields it.

Tiger Fangs

Pronged Sai given to Leitha by Quartz on their first meeting. These blades were handcrafted by the finest Blacksmiths, forged for a guardian. Quartz gave them to her friend upon granting the young woman the title of her guardian.


Abilities:
Triple Shot
Leitha is able to nock three arrows into her bow and fire them as easily as she does one. Of course, this costs triple the arrows and she only uses it if she really feels the need to.

Guardian Blood
Due to the ritual undertaken by Leitha and Quartz, Leitha's blood is capable of healing Quartz of most poisons and injuries that are not life threatening. However, in order to heal these injuries, Leitha must give herself a similiar wound as a sacrifice.

Guardian Strike
A dual attack by Leitha and Quartz. Quartz imbues Leitha's arrows with the element of ice. Ice bursts out around the arrow, making it appear as if more than one arrow has been shot.

Story: Leitha was born the second oldest to a Fey lord in the kingdom bordering Quartz's. She was never like her older brother, always preferring to be out amongst the wildlife rather than training in the military camp to become a warrior. She had just entered her first century when she decided to take up the role of Forest Warden.

She would patrol the forests and plains of her lands, saving the animals from hunters and trappers. It was during this time she happened upon an injured white tiger ....

Name: Quartz Aurora Borealis

Age: 523

Race: Ice Elemental/Anthromorph (White Tiger)/Fey
(Mother was an Ice elemental anthromorph. Father a Fey.)

Affiliation: Gracemeria

Appearance:
Quartz takes on the form of a white tiger most of the time. This form is a strong, lean animal with white fur and dark gold stripes that shimmer black under certain lights. Her piercing ice blue eyes are still her most defining feature.

In her true form, Quartz is an almost angelic looking woman with long, pale gold hair and chilling cold blue eyes. With womanly curves and a figure that is toned due to years of fighting, she is a rather attractive woman by normal standards. She wears her Pegasus Knight armor (in the picture, it'd take me too long to actually describe it). Her soft white wings are not always out as she only uses them when needing to escape. At 5'3'', she is shorter than her comrade.

Personality: Quartz is a natural warrior and it is hard to tell what emotion she is currently feeling. However, she is incredibly motherly and protective, especially towards Leitha. A Knight, Quartz has a stoic and loyal streak and a tendency to think more in tactical terms than her younger comrade. Due to her Animal form, she is also very cattish and can sometimes come across as playful and kittenish. Once you break through her ice queen facade, Quartz is a loving and intriguing woman.

Pegasus Blades

Dual swords forged for Quartz once she completed her initiation as a Pegasus Knight. Made from the strongest silver, the blades glitter under the light, making them appear truly majestic.

Frozen Sting

Quartz's choice of a longer ranged weapon. The whip is made of several butterfly like segments, each with two deadly sharp edges. The final segment ends in a spike, giving it it's name. This weapon is best utilized with Quartz' ice abilities.

Abilities:
Ice Manipulation
Quartz has complete mastery over the element of ice; she is able to imbue her weapons with it, form ice weapons from it, etc.

White Tiger
Quartz's ability to shift into a white tiger. Her physical speed and strength are increased in this form, but she loses the ability to use weapons and the Guardian Strike technique.

Story: Quartz was born into an unknown realm far from Erusea. Her mother, the Queen of this Queendom, had lain with a Fey man, resulting in a mixed race daughter. For this, Quartz was scorned and frowned up. She was an abomination in the eyes of others, would never amount to the status of a true Pegasus Knight (A rank that Queendom was well known for). However, her mixed blood elevated Quartz to the Commander of the Pegasus Knights before she was even a century old.

Discontent with her life, Quartz took to traveling at as she entered her four hundreds. She would travel most often in her animal form, prefer the speed and power given to her. However, she was shot by a poisoned arrow in this form and left by the side of the road to slow die and rot.

It was Leitha who saved her. The Fey woman tended to the wound, withdrew the poison and stayed with the tiger as her body fought against the aftereffects. Once Quartz was recovered, the Knight revealed her true form to the Fey woman. At first, the situation was a little awkward for both woman, but as time passed, each become more and more comfortable in the others company. Quartz would stay in her animal form for most of the time, as the two traveled, protecting the wildlife that was endangered in Leitha's realm.

A couple of years into their friendship, the two woman were bathing under the light of the full moon when Quartz noticed the birthmark that spread across Leitha's back. Recognizing it for what it was, the older woman bestowed the Tiger Fangs upon Leitha and asked her to become her guardian. Not realizing the royal blood that flowed within Quartz's veins and not knowing then that this would mean they would be bound for life, Leitha agreed. The Knight then explained to Leitha that the birthmark around her left eye was the same marking as the one upon the Fey's back.

Knowing the truth, the pair completed the Guardian Ritual beneath the watchful moon.

Once Quartz matured and her snowy white wings emerged, the woman decided it was best to leave their lands. And so they traveled, eventually finding themselves in Gracemeria. Pledging their allegiance to Gracemeria, the two women began their new life.
