Dream match

My top 3 dream fights (not in perticular order)

Kain Highwind (FF4) vs. Ricard Highwind (FF2)
Father vs. Son has been used before (Luke vs Vader in Star Wars, Tidus vs. Jecht in FF10). Both use similar styles (assumingly) both are dragoons, but if the theory that son always beats father. then the answer may be self-explanatory.
WINNER: KAIN HIGHWIND

Yunalesca (FF10) vs. Ultimecia (FF8)
The battle between two evil, "Never seen coming" women. Both sorceresses/summoners are good at what they do. On one side is a lot of status ailments and 2 monsterous forms. The other, a lot of high level and near-death attacks, and two monsterous forms. Maybe this is too close too call, but then again, maybe not.
WINNER: ULTIMECIA

Cloud Strife (FF7) vs. Squall Leonheart (FF8)
All hell breaks loose in this clash of the two most famous protagonists in Final Fantasy History. The Buster Sword-totin wannabe SOLDIER, or the emotionless swordsmen wielding the Gunblade. As far as I know this is one fight that ACTUALLY CAN HAPPEN IN DISSIDIA, and would be the first fight I'll do when I get the game come August. this fight will definitly be too close to call.
WINNER: WHATEVER YOU WISH IT TO BE
 
my dream match would be cid highwind vs seifer.

that would be my best match because its a match between argubly the 2 best final fantasy character ever, well they're my 2 favorite character of all time. i would say cid would win just because you couldl use him more and he seems to have more moves than seifer

As long as FF forums have existed, the question of "Cloud vs Squall" has existed. And I think it'll be epic to finally be able to pit the two of them against each other :wacky:

I must confess the Cloud vs Squall battle sounds great to me, though I think the most appropriate battle between them is a staring contest! :P

Jokes apart, I'd like to see that, not only for fangirly reasons :-)wacky: ), but also because I'm curious about how would be a fight between a SOLDIER and a SeeD. I'd also like to see a fight between Cyan and Auron, because they're both samurai and seeing them using their different Bushido against another should be interesting. ^^
 
I would love to see and battle between Sephiroth and Ultimicia, in the odd chance that they may make a baby named Ultiroth who will then proceed to destroy the world. :)

but seriously, I'd love to see either that or the squall vs cloud match, just to see the omnislash vs the lionheart.
 
I think Sephiroth and Kefka would be interesting, seeing as there have much controversy over who's the more evil one, especially between these two, in my opinion. (Though, admittedly, it is the skills of the player that will decide the ultimate winner, but it'll still be interesting to see the One Winged Angel going up against the
God of Magic
)
 
The only one I can think of right now is Jecht vs Tidus. The father vs. son battle is just too cool! Oh and Auron vs Jecht if it could exist, old friends fighting and all that. A lot of other ones are swirling around my head!
Ugh... My brain is hurting because of all this epicness...
 
I´m gonna go with the classical. We have seen it before, but god! I want it in beautiful 3D graphic: Warrior of Light versus Garland :moogle:
The battle would feel so epic! :3
 
Cloud(acc) vs Sephiroth. this would be the best fight ever and the most breathtaking to watch
 
I wish the FFVIII villain was Seifer.
Then my dream battle would be Squall @ Seifer, we'd get a battle of the gunblades. :D
Right now though, I guess Squall @ Cloud, just because I think FF8 is better than 7, but hardly anyone else does lol.
 
^I'd have to agree that FFVIII is waaaaaaay better than FFVII.
FFVII's plot is almost the same as FFVI's which makes it look like a copycat =/

Squall vs Sephiroth. We've all seen those two clash swords in the Dissidia opening FMV and it was full of epic win!
Too bad it was short, a full length battle scene of those two would be beyond epic omfg
