DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MEDIA STUDIES?

Not really, but it depends what sort of essay it is.

A youtube video could mean anything!
 
It is cringe inducingly bad, but that is rather short of 1000 words.
 
It's a bit of an odd thing to be asked to analyse. I guess you could rip apart each of the top 10 and say how they all suck individually...

You could mention how shockingly bad it is that they even have to spend quite a lot of time at the begining explaining where New Zealand is located (and badly).

You could comment about how the presenter has to look at his cards all of the time even though the only thing he says after looking at them is the next number.

You could also comment on how the presenter nearly said New England, and how this reflects how silly the presenter is even more... :hmmm:

And about how the whole thing is incredibly cringeworthy and likely embarasses all New Zealanders.

It's not even a media text that you can analyse in terms of lighting, music (apart from the end), camera position or general atmosphere either. So I would hate to have to do this. :ness:
 
To be honest I just wanted some media studies terms I couldn't google.
 
Ah right. For something like that I don't know. It's an odd thing to have to analyse in that way. More difficult than say a TV show or film.
 
It's fairly easy. I just didn't go to a couple of lectures.

On time I crossed the street even though you weren't supposed to cross at that point in time.
On a completely seperate occasion, I had a cigarette in a no smoking area.
I'm not sure how I can escalate further, short of burning down the Reichstag.
 
You could write a formal letter using informal language.
