That is horrible. I frequently have dizzy spells and pass out if I don't have some kind of sugar or food substance for too long. I'm going to the doctor for blood tests this week actually, but I think it's non-diabetic hyperglycemia.
Perhaps all this water intake isn't a good thing for me. o_O

Those are signs of dehydration. ;D

I had them awhile back, actually. You may NOT be taking in enough water. =P

Also, you may be so used to sugar that your body just crashes without it. You run off of sugar and not normal energy. xD

If you get a chance eat something called Sodium Polyacrylate. It makes a body strong...

Yea, take that if you want to become a massive sponge and all your water absorbed. ;D

You could be right. o_O
I don't ever drink water in the morning since I'm always out and about.

Maybe it is just dehydration. o_O

P.s. I don't want my muscles to turn into fat after I quit taking this Sodium Polyacrylate. lol

It's true. My father is a religious soda drinker. Nothing but coke and coffee on a daily basis, and he's suffered from kidney stones numerous times. The doctor said the same thing as you did right here in this quote!

Lol... That's scary, I think your father and I had the same doctor. :D

Mine said the same thing to me, only I had to learn the hard way after the fact. I really do sympathize with your Dad. Just this Feb I passed two Kidney Stones myself. It literally was the worst pain I had ever been in and nothing, I mean nothing that the ER had would kill the pain, not even Morphine. The ER nurse told me that the pain I was going through was equivalent and sometimes worse than the pain of natural childbirth. Lol... I wanted them to comatose me, but since I was constantly puking from the pain, they felt it wasn't a good idea.

Anyways, for the moment, those where the only two they said I had so Thank God for that and I don't wish that amount of pain on anyone!

Sorry if this post grossed any one out, but if Kidney Stones run in your family I suggest take care of your Kidney's. Trust me, I you ever have to pass a Kidney Stone you'll wish you where dead. >_<

It makes sense because...in childbirth, you're usually doped up, and your lower body goes numb...

It's not gross, it just happens. I've only known a FEW girls who've had kidney stones...It is predominate in males, right?

Yes, mostly males, rare but not uncommon for someone in their mid 20's like me. Lol... I wasn't thrilled to be sooooo lucky.

Some guy actually died from a thinning of the blood recently. When they opened him up after death, it apparently looked like water gushing from him rather than blood. Like really weak blackcurrant juice. It scared me.

Anywho, I drink around 8 glasses of water per day. I should probably try to drink more, because I get dry skin easily... not that it'd help all that much.

I really don't know. When I'm at work, I'll drink enough, I guess. But at home, I'm usually asleep or doing something else other than eating, and when you eat, you drink. I think I eat like twice a day now, so I don't think I drink enough water. Who knows? Heh, I don't keep track of these things.

I use to be mainly a soda drinker, but I've cut back on that bigtime recently. Now it's more of juices, milk, and water for me. I've been trying to drink as much water as possible lately, expecially summertime.

It helps me sweat a lot less to in the summer when I'm out at the courts playing basketball and all on a freak'n hot day. More water = good.

I tend to miss out every now and then. Scotland has perfectly good tap water for drinking, so it burns me inside to pay for a bottle of water out of a shop. However, on days like this when I'm in most of the day I tend to make up for it. I'll drink about 2.5 litres of it ( can't be arsed working out how many ounces that is ). Probably doesn't make up for the copious amounts of sugar I drink the rest of the time though.

What on earth is this that I keep hearing about people dying from too much water. o_O

If you drank too much water, wouldn't you get sick and throw it back up?

Yeah, but then it's already gotten into your lungs, soo... you die.
I think that's what it is. Too much water into your system gets into your lungs and you 'suffocate' from having too much.

Smothering would be the worst way to dye.
I remember once when I was little, I was playing with one of my friends and her sister threw a bean bag on top of me and jumped ontop of it and she was so much bigger than me I couldn't push her off. =x
I almost smothered before my dad came in the room. o_O

I imagine drowning would be something like that. And it's nooot comfortable. o_O

Die*

Actually, when you're drowning, you loose all consciousness. You don't even know you're drowning because you go into a panic state and you don't remember anything.

Wow would that suck!
I imagine how bad that would feel....erm not feel being in that state.
Probably like a hangover *I've never got one obviously* or the feeling you get after a trip to the ER, maybe.
Then you go to heaven...
