Ever had a dog who was playful and friendly with everyone in your family BUT YOU? Or maybe you noticed birds aiming to take their load off on your head?

Whether or not animals have feelings is a different arguement. As long as they show dislike or annoyance towards you, that is what they'll show you.

I made this thread because of what NEARLY hapenned to me yesterday. I like animals and animals usually like me, so I thought this was really funny.

As we strolled into Platform 2 to wait for the train home, me and my Mother dropped the few shopping bags onto silver, metal seats. Above us was a brick wall behind which stood some sort of a house. The other three seats were dirty-looking, so I decided the stand and offer the clean seat to my Mother.
I stood unmoving in one spot and admired the pigeons who scurried around picking small pieces of bread. One of them came close to me and I decided to give him a bit of cereal which I bought in a shop. As I reached for my bag, the bird retreated to his buddies in fright and didn't come near us for a while. Suddenly, the pigeon flapped his wings and flew above us, landing on the tall brick wall. This was by no chance, because directly below were the seats upon which my Mother and the shopping bags were. Watching the bird stick his butt out, I just knew it was coming. I was just about to warn my Mother when a white drop descended from the bird's ass.
It was totally aiming for the shopping bags.
Luckily though, it missed.

I believe that bird doesn't like humans. Or me, in particular.

So, did you ever had an experience where you just knew that animal hates you? Please, share.

My cat used to hate me so much. She's a lot calmer now, but man she nearly killed me many times when I was little. It wasn't just me though

This cat would hide behind doors and jump out at you, leap on your face, and she even attached herself to my sister's but (long story).

And then I had these rats, and oh they sure didn't like me after a while. They would try and eat my hand off if when I tried changing their food.

Geese don't like me at all, they chase me and hiss at me and the such. I got bit by one once, it hurt.

I actually get along quite well with most animals. I'm able to get those happy dogs that want to jump you to stop, stay, and sit; cats love me (except for the time when I was four and tried to poke my grandma's cat on the nose) and I even managed to get along with a friend's iguana.

Except pet birds. For some reason, whenever I'm around someone who has a bird, the thing gets jittery. I was at a friend's house once and his brother's parakeet got out of the cage. It didn't land on a cabinet. It didn't try to make for a window. It didn't even choose the most noticeable spot on the carpet to do its business.

The little fucker swooped at me shrieking like some damned soul and tried to tenderize my scalp.

Oddly enough; that only applies to supposedly domesticated birds. Wild ones are just fine. I can get right up close with ducks, chickens, even crows.

Just...not pet birds.

Yes. I think I told this story before but, i guess i'll just retell it :ryan:

When I was younger we had these hamsters, right?

I dunno what it was about me but they were just sippin' on that haterade or something. Seemed to get along fine with everyone else but me.

My bro and I were taking them out to clean their cage and he handed me one of the hamsters and it bit me D=

the next day..... it died.

Still get teased today for that xP said I was poisonous.

Cats in general hate me. Every time i go over to a friends house that has cats they always hiss at me. My grandmothers cats have known me for 8 years and everytime i come in they act like im trying to kill them.(might happen one of these days:P)
I have three dogs so that might be the problem:hmm: they probably smell the dogs.

dogs hate me, everytime i walk past a dog they bark like mad and even try jumpin on me and attackin me as I have been attacked by a dog when i was little :(

My sister's dog won't go near me. If I try to per her she tucks her ass between her legs and runs like a a tree is going to fall on her.

Anything with feathers and wings seem to hate me

Ive been bitten off a hen and the odd cockatiel. I swear to shit, Percy thought he was a chicken hawk or some shit

Geese are the worst though. Me and my mum got chased by a gaggle of guard geese once, it was singularly one of the most terrifying experiences of my life. Whenever I am in range of a fucking goose, they hiss at me and come at me ]:

My mum's dog. But then again it's a mutual hatred. :mokken:

He didn't get fixed for a long time, and when he did, he was too far gone into marking his territory on everything. And this included in the house. He would often come into my room because I'd let our other dog sleep on the floor, and I had the catfood in my room, and the little rat bastard would eat the catfood. Too many times I was actually woken up by him omnomnoming.

And his weeing in the house. My room was a huge casualty. I've since switched rooms in the house, and renovating that old room but the carpet needs to be completely taken out because of the sheer smell in there, and the amount of yellow spots. No amount of carpet shampooing can clean that carpet. :gasp:

He only ever comes to me, if I'm petting the other dogs and he wants attention... or if I give the other dogs scraps, he comes begging for some. Otherwise, he just turns tail and run the other way from me whenever I walk in the house.

My friends and I saw a cat once in a retreat house we were staying at. They were all touching it, scratching it behind the ears and stuff and, of course, the cat seemed to like it. I touched the cat. It tried to scratch me. I looked at the cat in disbelief. It looked at me with evil eyes. :mokken:

What animal DOESNT hate me? ;_; Cats, Dogs, Birds, you name it. They all either get riled up and pissy or they just completely ignore me. I'm a bit over-affectionate when it comes to animals though to be perfectly honest... I LOVE animals, they are playful and cute! I don't know... Maybe that's not it at all... Maybe I'm just ugly :(

Well...

Fish. I had two goldfish when I was 3. I got them as a birthday present. I went to my grandmothers house the after I got them. We come home to find our two goldfish dead in their bowl. You could say an intruder killed them, but it's highly unlikely. I was so sad to see my new fish dead. We got rid of them the next morning. I had to learn how to let go right there. I guess you can say fish dislike me. They don't even want to spend more than a day with me. :(

Hamsters. I got given one from a lady in my building at the time. I named him Andre, in tribute to Andre The Giant. We had him for about 7 months. We had to move into this small place for a bit, so Andre was pretty much stuck in his cage. One night, he went insane. He broke out of the cage and tried to bite everybody in the room. Luckily my Dad was able to stop him before he did bite anybody. My Dad put Andre in a small bag, and took him into the freezing cold snow. He eventually died and got buried in the backyard. Now whenever I go back to that small place, I visit the backyard and his burial spot. I say sorry for what happened when he got stuck with us. I know he's in a better place now. But I know he disliked me on earth, and probably still hates me now.
