Dissidia Final Fantasy is an Ultimate Hit [7/7]

Square Enix has four new Dissidia Final Fantasy SKUs on the way for release this Fall. Don't get excited, though -- they're all just low priced versions of older games. Both Dissidia Final Fantasy and Dissidia Final Fantasy Universal Tuning will join Square Enix's Ultimate Hits budget lineup on September 16. They'll carry a price of ¥2,940 each.

Both titles will also be available in download form on September 16, priced at ¥2,100 each. Universal Tuning was originally released in download form, simultaneous with the PSP go. This will be the first time the original Dissidia has seen download release.

If you're wondering if there's any point to having the original Dissidia released alongside Universal Tuning, there are a few changes that may make some fans want the original, most notably the English voices.

Square Enix says it's releasing the two Dissidia titles in Ultimate Hits form in order to commemorate the Ultimate Hits series having crossed the 3 million shipped mark.

I don't have a psp so I can't play it =/ but i've seen like trailers and whatnot. I want ittt so badly


I hope they release Dissidia for PS3 sometime.

It seems really popular and a really fun enjoyable game so, i'm not surprised that it's ultimate hit.

Dissidia is a worthy entry into the greatest hits as it combines too loves of my life FF and platform fighting.

The way they have created chemistry between characters from different worlds etc. is one of the things that makes this game work for me
