Fan Fiction Dissidia 012 Discussion

When did we get Dissidia? I can't recall, it'll probably be around that time more likely i think. As for Yuna being in, then how would the summons work? Wouldn't SE have to rework the summon system it has already like in the first game?
 
So here's something of ACTUAL News

A quick followup report on our Dissidia Duodecim Final Fantasy release date story from earlier today. Famitsu.com reports that the game will be released in UMD form at ¥6,090 and download form at ¥4,980. Square Enix is also planning a "Chaos & Cosmos Limited" hardware bundle which includes an original PSP unit.
As previously reported here, Dissidia Duodecim Final Fantasy, in whatever form you prefer, will be released on March 3, 2011.

@Desmond Autire: The game came out in Japan December '08, and for the rest of the world August '09.

I think S-E NA even said "Spring 2011" for us, so I'm willing to consider a far closer release date post-Japan. As mentioned already, English voice work apparently was completed, or mostly done.

@Channizard: I remember a bundle, but I think it was just a silver PSP with the Dissida logo on it and came with a memory card and a voucher like the Birth by Sleep bundle :hmmm:

That and most places got the reversible Chaos/Cosmos warriors cover-not Canada though. Friggin' dual language laws screwing us...

Random: I just noticed for Squall's new alt. costume, a chain is kind of coiled around his left arm and bicep.
 
Where do you see Yuna in that Link Terra? I am really confused. But if this is true I just got more into the game cause I really like Yuna. But can someone prove that she was actually shown at Jump? :hmmm:
 
I know I do see Yuna in a pink dress... I am asking where she is in the source though :hmmm: I dont see anything about her. That is most likely a dress sphere but according to some sources Yunas feet were teased at Jump Festa in a currenty unseen trailer...

If she was in dissidia there would be art of her by nomura, like the other characters. We won't know who the new character is till early january anyway, isn't that what they said?
 
Dissidia Duodecim Final Fantasy was originally announced for a Spring release time frame. Square Enix gave a specific date today. The PSP sequel will arrive on March 3, 2011.


The release date appeared in Square Enix's booth at the Jump Festa event in Makuhari today. Dissidia is playable at the event and will also be seeing a new trailer.

Does anybody else remember SE saying anything about Duodecim supposed to be a world wide release date? :hmmm: Or is that just me?
 
Sorry about that. Anyway if Yuna is the next character to be revealed then that is going to be the 6th cosmo character been confirmed. Are there going to be any chaos character at all?
 
Those scans where already posted earlier by me a few pages back, but these scans has better quality than the ones that I posted before. Nice find!
 
Thanks, i couldn't find anything about this "new" trailer showing the feet of supposedly Yuna.



Hopefully something is shown soon about that, the thing bugging me though is the special thing we'll get by transferring the first dissidia game save data into the new game. :hmmm:
 
New piccie, ladies and gents!

While meandering around the 'net I found this gem, apparently a promo poster used at the Jump Festa to advertise Duodecim. As far as I can tell, it's got the names of a fair few fighters on it - most of 'em Cosmos. Could it be that there are gems hidden in the rough? Or is this the end for the character reveals?
Personally, I find it really hard to read the poster, so I can't make out much past Kain Highwind. All the juicy parts'll be bound to be past that, so unfortunately I can't be much help.

Guys, please please PLEASE watch the one liners here. I'd hate to have to go through and delete posts, but this isn't the first time I've had to say something.

Yuna's... feet? Did I read that correctly? Unless she's performing a sending (... and why would she?) I can't see a reason for us to see her feet. :wacky: But even if she is confirmed, I'm not sure how I feel about that. I can think of people I'd rather see, but she's better than some other characters I would hate to see. (or hate to see but are already confirmed... -__-)

And does anyone have a link to the interview where it said we'd get Duodecim after Japan? :sad3: Last I heard it was an all-over release so that's rather disappointing, even if I don't think I'll be able to play this right away.
