Tiny Update

It's a new style I got addicted to. Tsukimori made me a sig request ones, and I loved the style she used, so I tried to pull it off, it's not great at all, but seeing I'm not a black and white fan, the purple really interests me. Oh well.

I honestly think you did 100x a better job than what I did.
I really like this one in particular. I like the scanlines and the small images under first line of text. The half-border finishes it of nicely. It's cool to see that I was able inspire someone, even though i'm not that great of a gfxer. :3

Oh, my! Wow! Kira that first one(cxt) is so pretty! I love the colors and the placement of the stock is perfect! The text and the lines really give the tag a sophisticated touch! Beautiful job, Kira!

Update

Super random...

...I remember someone asking me how I did the gradients on this... I can't remember who... Basically I cropped out three icons, looked which faded in more, slapped on a purple/orange gradient map (this one always gets whored out with me cause it looks good) and messed with topaz trial.

Cali needed help to make a CloudxAerith, and CloudxTifa banner, and I was lucky enough that she asked me to help her! So I did, and this is what I came up with, tis for another forum she's active on. =) Had so much fun making this one. xD

I'm in such a Cloti mood lately. /nerd.
My first round cornered siggy. It's gigantic.

That is DELICIOUS! What the heck is that image from, though? Well, anywayz. I love the border and the lighting. it's simple but has so much to it at the same time. It's one of those sigs you stare at for a LONG time because how pretty it is. :3

I might be using this pretty soon. When I do I'll totally credit!

And it's amazing! I love the creepy lighting. And that black bar is PERFECT! I can't usually do those right, lol. You did a great job on the edges, by the way!

Like I said at dA. I love the colors here. I'm a huge black and white fan and those purple flares are perfect!

I've been messing with the Topaz filter in some of my works, and I'm still trying to get the hang of it, I really, really like the artistic look it gives when you over use it though, xD so I suppose I use it to a fault. =[ Oh well. Opinions I guess. xD

Love this band with a friggin' passion.

Messing around with glitter looks, the basic circle brush, and cutting letters out. It's hard as shit.

This was originally an older signature of mine, I added some scribbles and brushed it up, I preferred the end result.

My first real photo manipulation. I've used 5 stocks in total to get the end result, and even though it doesn't look like much, adjusting was a pain in the friggin' ass, neeeeever again. 25 layers in total. I decided against the black bar at the bottom, but then I realized I closed and didn't save in Photoshop. Oh well, I'm quite proud of my first photo-manipulation ever, even though it's obviously beginner work. I loooooove that song. <3 BIFFY CLYRO.

These are all brilliant!

I especially love the one you're using for your signature at the moment.

When I first saw it I couldn't stop staring at it. =D It's beautiful and so darn creative. I absolutely love the colours and the little butterflies.

You always have awesome use of fonts. I love the scribbles in the last one too.

In the first one it looks awesome how the font seems to pop out at you as well.

Keep up the fantastic work Kira!

This is really excellent IMO. When I first saw it, I thought it was one stock so it kinda shows that you did a convincing job. You would have to look very carefully to find out it was actually 5 stocks combined.

The topaz filter does look nice I think. The piece still has a lot of detail and texture and in a way, it does look like a painting.

Maybe a minor improvement would be maybe to add some mist or fog around the water. It looks a bit vibrant compared to the rest of the piece and usually mountainous springs like that do have fog and mist hanging over them.


Great work. Also, it's quite a bit different to what you usually make so it's awesome to see you trying out new techniques and styles.

Update​

Alright, so I've been in over my head with Paramore lately. Brick By Boring Brick is one hell of an inspiring piece of music video. (Wait... what?) It's absolutely gorgeous, and it's really where the inspiration to use butterflies came from. Along with some glitters and bright orange... I dunno. It's stuck in my system, and I can't help but love it. Purple complimenting orange only adds to my addiction. =( So yeah, therefor my new update will most likely look a bit a like, but I know where it came from, so I thought I'd share. I don't think I've enjoyed Photoshopping as much as I have in the last month. ​

I wanted to make this piece without a background, but it just looked too random, therefor, I slapped on a background, which made it look empty. Oh well. ​

Wanted to use this on another forum, that's why it has our site's link on it.
However, I decided against it, I liked the piece, but I disliked the text, and like me, I didn't save before closing Photoshop, so whatever, I thought. xD​

Kinda just wanted to challenge myself to do a black and white tag, seeing I never really do those, or never enjoy doing them. I rather liked doing this. Picked a large size 'cause I wanted to give the fractals "ghosts" space.

Don't think I ever posted that one, but it was the header for my LiveJournal.

I'm liking this one a lot. I like how you made Haley into a silhouette figure, and that lighting at the bottom-left; it gives the piece as awhole a very nice effect. The only thing I feel that doesn't fit, is the text. For some reason, the font doesn't fit the mood of the tag.

I will say this first: if I hadn't read that little sentence below the banner, I would've gave a different opinion

But yeah, I love the look to this, and it's the perfect look for a banner, and that's all I can say :3.
