I don't want you to change chocobos except maybe to lower their MP. I would rather, though, have Regen's miss chance lowered and have it back to where if you die it revives you with all your status effects. It used to be like that and now it's not.

I really need this and I'm sure other people would benefit from it too.
 
Naa, I have no trouble, just keep at it like I do. Eventually you'll get less enemies in an encounter for easy levels ups. I'd reccomend raising MDEF at this stage to help fend off meteor and the like.
 
It's point for point. If you have 100 MDEF then it will take 100 points off the damage.... you'd need to have like 2000 MDEF to live through meteor.

If Regen would miss less I'm sure it would be POSSIBLE! I missed it twice in a row then they used Meteor on me.
 
Well place cascara on your pet, get them to cast regen and if it hits. You should have less trouble.
 
Cascara doesn't affect accuracy, and it doesn't help any against Meteor. :P

If anything, it's only good to have Blizzaga/Firaga take out more chunks of HP.
 
well we're not Mages so probably we don't have those spells :monster:
 
Even so, all the more power to be able to defeat them with standard attacks. If you kill a chocobo with a Firaga/Blizzaga combo and another chocobo uses Curaga, then those two offensive spells disappear and you have to use even more MP just to reapply them.

I think it would be easier to be a warrior... hmm.
 
well if we have Osmose then we can suck their MP out, otherwise it would be difficult to defeat them
 
i think they should be raised in level (not stats) so that they are acually worth the fight they give because i gained as much for team fighting against 3 as i would for single fighting just 1 calivlear.
 
u can increase the rate of facing 2 chocobos instead of 3 :monster:
 
Im pretty sure you're winning battles Dark Tidus so i dont see why you would need anything changed. The chocobo's seem to be fine too me. If you change it, the monsters will be easy.. and obviously Koloth made them dificult because some people were saying the last area was too easy. Chocobo's are fine, they are more of a challenge now. and isnt there a 5% chance of miss on regen when mastered?
 
Yeah, the chocobos are a challenge. The only thing I don't like about them is when you run into seven at a time... I can handle three on my own, but seven?!

I too think they should give a bit more EXP for how hard they are, but then again, I haven't moved on to see what other enemies are out there yet. Shrug.
 
Had a really annoying battle with the gang in Chocobo Farm. The Curaga is pretty annoying. So I replaced Curaga with Cura, for all the regular Chocobo. Trickster has not been changed.
