3xCloud in the Memory Card screen, the time reads 00.00 I have 0 gil
no name and my location is_____________________all that written there is

It must be a corrupted file. Probably spurred from the PS being interrupted while saving/erasing the file.
Or it could just be a dusty old mem card that's seen better days

You could get some major pwnage with three Clouds tho lol
