For settings, I had to go with XII, with areas so vast and unique.... And love the midieval times

FFIX for me. Castles, dragons, knights, lush land, mist... perfect environment setting overall. I really enjoyed exploring FF9's land, along with 'Melodies of Life' tune in the background. FFVII is a close second.
