I've posted on general forums for too long, so I needed to join a forum that people, I assume, are linked by a common interest. So here I am, and there's my net life story.

I'm not a massive fan of Final Fantasy. I used to be. I've become a little disenchanted over the last few, but, I can't deny the other ones are amazing.

Im mouse, Your neighborhood rodent if you will. I joined out of wanting to talk with other FF fans. Plus the other forum i go to gets old somewhat quick.

The place may see intimidating at first, but you'll get used to it. I did. So did everyone else. Enjoy the stay, and stay active my good friend.
 
Thanks for the warm welcome. I'll be around here a bunch once I really get goin' so I'm sure I'll get to know lots of yous. I'm assuming this place is quite active?

Yeah, I like an active forum but I don't like forums that are ridiculously gigantic that it's hard to get to know people. I don't like when a reply I post gets lost after 5 minutes, ha.
 
I will admit, this site is quite huge, but I don't think you'll have a hard time getting to know people. ;) Right now the site's on slow mode (always is during this time), and a few actually like it that way as it's not too busy.

Anyway, I'm sure you'll fit right in. =]
 
Yeah, wait 'til around June and July and this place is all hustle and bustle and we're growing every time.

Hey there Obdurate, fellow newbie here; looks like we're in a similar boat as I've been around a few places myself. I've been around a fair few FF forums in my time though and I can say that the communities are generally very friendly and easy to get along with. You do find a lot of the same topics popping up discussing the games which can get a bit annoying at times but thankfully that won't be an issue for you!

Welcome to the forums! Don't worry. We're all pretty cool and laid back here. We also like to have fun and of course discuss FF amongst many other topics. I really hope you guys both enjoy it here. ;))

Welcome bro, and nah this site isn't big enough to get lost in. I mean there are quite a few people who are actually on the site, but fewer who are actually active. I say.. go nuts and get to know people my good man, and have yourself a good one. Another Tyler to throw in the loop, let's get them good and confuzzled.
