Number 2 for me. I like the random wirery effect thing in the background. The orange parts are quite good too and I thought the subtle Jecht in the background was a nice touch.

i quite like them both tbh but number 2 has far more of the fancy effects than 1

 

[Six]

1) Looks surprisingly soothing. I like the colours, the half border looks really nice too. Don't really like the text thought.

2) I really like this idea. The black and white with the coloured spots looks really nice and original, I haven't seen it much. It works really well. Nice composing. =)

#2 gets my vote.
