Due to the amount of signatures I've seen from Coco, she gets my vote. They're absolutely fantastic and I'm always in awe with what she comes up with. Same goes to Ryan, but he hardly makes any. 
I would have loved to see more from him and probably would have gotten my vote, but in my opinion Coco really deserves this.
Everyone's tags are awesome though, and they know that. xDD

Ryan
- creates signatures I'd describe as dreamlike. Also likes to use a lot of pink and purples, which I think works well with his type of render and style.
Coco
- signatures are definitely like candy, eye candy.
Mitsuki
- creates rather clean and professional signatures.
I think they all overwork this whole Photoshop thing. xD
I'm voting for Ryan though honestly it was a really close race for me. Maybe it's because his works exude a lot of emotion, and to be honest most of his work is absolutely brilliant.

I hate these ones because I could for anyone >.>, technically, I'd say everyone is brilliant they just have different styles, but considering I like the more colour/lighting effects that Coco shows, it'll have to be her.
