What's the most beautiful thing you've ever seen in your life?
I mean in nature.

I saw this great sunset about 7 years back that was just plain beautiful.
Surrounded by a pinkish sky, the sun seemed majestically red. And it was a poignant moment for me, as I watched it sink down the horizon....

*sniff* :worried:
I've also seen so many pink skies in the afternoons.

Now's a time to be one with nature, folks.:P
Post your most beautiful memory of nature here.

I've yet to see the 'northern lights', which I'm planning on seeing sometime soon.

Oh Yes Sunset has a cool colors that makes the sky beautiful, But beauty in Nature is when I see The sky raining, when I see one drop falls down on the ground I just want to be alone, it gives you the feeling of loneliness, and I love that feeling....=]

Well, only if it clings to the grass.
It's beautiful when everything's all misty and peaceful.
With the birds chirping, and the wind gently blowing, and....

*rants*

probadly a trip i went on a few years ago when i was at school.
it was a weekend up the scottish highlands the scenery there is absolutely amazing, u have to be there to apreciate it

The mountains of supreme size, above the plains of bareness. The forest deep between the valley, holding a cave near it.

Lmfao. I love that. <3

Anyways, the most beautiful thing I have seen was a magnificent waterfall. The glistening water that was crystal clear, leading up to a clear little swimming area. Quite the seen.

I don't see pretty things much. I likve in London.

Buuutt.. the most beautiful thing i've seen in nature are feilds of daffodills.

Beautiful? I recall watching the sunset at a beach some odd years ago. It would have been more beautiful, but I also remember seeing an obese man emerge from the ocean with seaweed stuck to his back.

He only caught my attention for a brief moment, fortunately.

Fortunately indeed.
Reminds me of that one Scooby-Doo episode with the exact same description you said above. :D

Beautiful beach moment?
It's just really peaceful, mind, the beach at Oceanside is really bad in my opinion, it's just surf and nothing else.

The ones I used to see had beautiful tropical backdrops to them.
Mm hmm..

If you drive out to the old farmhouse I used to live in, there are no annoying street lamps lit at night. That's probably one of the best places to see a clear night sky. You can even see the stardust.

Doubt there's any way to describe it without using the word 'diamond' or any other shiny rock for that matter. XD

hmmm seen lots of things (i get distracted lots and kinda go of dreaming looking around etc) but once bout a month ago whilst walking home at about 4 in the morning aft a party there was a load of trees covered in blossom on a roandabout, all dark but with some lamposts lighting up the trees looked so surreal (i was quite drunk) a real dark surrounding with just few trees coverd in blossom lit up

Actually...my mom used to live out in the Mountains, about 2 hours or so away from town. During the winter and fall it's really beautiful out there. We could actually sit on the back porch, and since it was elevated so high, it looked as if you were peering over the side of a mountain.

One morning, we were sitting on the swing together, and it was horrendously foggy out in the valley, and we heard a plane crash. o.0

There were also a lot of marshes and waterfalls around there too, so it was moderately fun to explore. =]

Plus, if you woke up early enough in the morning, you could look out the window and see mother bears and cubs walking by. ^___^

Whoa, really :O ??

I wish I had the option to be able to do that.
All I see in the mornings are worms on the sidewalk and the occasional bunny and squirrel. -_-

But I used to live near the beach once, and I collected all these starfishes and crabs.
That was pretty fun.
Then there was the boat that took us out to the middle of the bay, with that glass bottom, y'know?

We got to see the coral ^_^

I gonna refer back to the flight that I talked about in your Phobia thread. :)

I think the most beautiful thing I've seen to date, would be watching the sunrise over the British Isles.

About the last hour into the flight while approaching the northern most part of the British Isles, the sun had just started to come up over the horizon lighting it up with a faint orange glow. The upper part of the sky had turned from pitch black to a faint blue which was still full of stars. Way down below us, you could see the faint glow of the orange sunrise off the top of the top of the clouds and below the clouds off in the distance, you could see the faint outline of city lights making up the coast lines of the British Isles. All of this perfectly centered under the rising sun.
