Attitude of Characters - Which do you like?

I've a thing for fallen heroes, generally speaking. I also like a good redemption storyline.

This is rather difficult for me as I have so many different characters I love! My top favorites would have to be the cheery/out-going and Wanna-be heros. There's just something I find to be so natural about them. I really enjoy their personalities and often stick with those sort of characters through out any game. :3

 

[Contra Fates]

It was between 'Wannabe Hero' and 'Cool Guys' for me. My favorite characters fall into that category. Honestly, I think the best characters fall into multiple categories, like Zidane and Zack, who would both be cheerful, flirty, and the wannabe hero - despite being the hero of their starring games.

For me it's between 'Emotionless' and 'Cool Guys' but I have to go with the Emotionless characters as I find they usually go through some change in the games and they are usually one of the strongest characters in the game. I like the emotionless characters as they don't show a lot of panic when things are not going to plan and they look like they know what to do in any situation

Flirty, but you would have to add Edgar and Edge to that list. I've always liked characters that were more foreward and that do not spend the entire game shying away from their love interest. And they are often the funniest characters in the game.

For the guys I'm going to say I like the emotionless type. Cloud was like that, but even he showed some emotion at random points in VII. For the most part though, he played it cool and didnt let a lot of things get to him...and I guess that shows a degree of inner strength...which I like.


For the girls I like more of the kind-hearted innocent type like Aerith because I think I identify more with them. I think the reasons why so many people have favorite characters in the series because they identify with them...or aspects of them. These girls are approachable and generally care about others around them more than they care about themselves as well.

I love the flirty characters. They're never too serious and always lighten the mood, Zidane being the prime example, he had me laughing throughout the whole game! Ohhh soft!

I can't stand Wanna-be heroes, I think Snow was way over the top and it became repetitively annoying every time he spoke. 'The hero never die's, you're hero is here'.
