I thought it would be cool to add something different to the game besides areas and monsters. Now here's what I'll do, each 15th of every month I'll try to add one Extremely Rare Item to the Valencia Antique Shop (recently added). The item can be either a weapon, a piece of equipment, a component, a book, or anything I can think about.

Here are the rules:
-The item value will go up or down depending on how good it is.
-The Item will only be available during that day ONLY (Maximum two days). Then it will be removed from the shop.
-If you accidentally discard the item, you won't get another item.
-Don't spoil the fun, if people abuse of this new addition, I might either remove the shop indefinitely (or until I consider adding it again) or make the items more expensive.
-Depending on how this goes, I might add a rare summon too. Be good and I'll do it :D


Now there will be one book, a special rare one, that might appear in the shop. It will be called the "Tome of Weapons" and it will grant the player the chance to get his/her own custom weapon. Of course the Book will be expensive so expect lots of zeros. I still have doubts about this, so let's see how good everything works, ok?
 
I LIKE IT!!! I am obsessed with rare items so expect me to save for this.

Also by a lot of zeros do you mean like 15 zeros or like 6 or 7?
 
Hmm this sounds intresting and something that would be worthwhile. Especially the custom weapon book...*wonders if he can come across enough gil by the time it hits the stores*
 
This sounds really cool. Make sure you add Ultima sometime!!
 
Yes, since those items will be available for 1 day only (two maximum) it will ensure the item's rarity. For example, if I add a Halloween Item like "Rare Decisive Pumpkin", a player who misses that chance would have to wait like three months (maybe more maybe less, or even wait until next October) to have a new chance to buy it.

The Items that I have in mind are:
-TT Cards
-Spells
-Components
-Books
-Armors
-Axes
-Gloves
-Rings
-Summons
-Swords
-Keyblades
-Gunblades
 
Ok, since I missed this month's day 15th, I'll make an exception. On October 31, I'll add the special item on that day. So make sure you check that shop at least once during that day to look for that special item or else you won't see it there the next day ;)

From my list of choices we might have one of the following:
-Weapon
-Armor
-TT Card
 
Some armour might be cool. Pumpkin Mail, Witch's robe, Vampire's cape etc.
And maybe next month you could buy some fireworks or something (Bonfire knight)
 
Maybe possibly one of the new gunblades for the rpg?
 
For future reference, people who don't have access to the RPG restrain from posting irrelevant messages.....-_- because I might think that you are doing that to get posts to access the RPG...

Also, for those who asked for Meteor, I might add that spell as a rare one on December 1st, OH MY GOD! Today!!! If I add it, you all have 'till Monday to buy it ;)

By the way I added the "Fated Circle" spell, I might add a spell called "Omnislash"....who knows....:rolleyes:

Julius might get pissed with me. But I set Meteor to either. So pets can have it. It is a temporary thing though.
 
You mean the function to have it set to either? Isn't it in the antiques shop anyway? it will go soon anyways.
