*Takes leap of faith*

I seriously just got this program and am messing around with it. I don't expect to be nearly as good as some of the people on here. Although, I would appreciate feedback on what I need to improve :)

These aren't really signatures, since I suck at resizing.

Oh, I just found some of my even more beginner ones. These were made in paint  quite a while ago.

I would think that all the pictures are nice. The colours are vibrant enough for me, however, I think some of the words, particularly for the first 3, are hard to read. One great example is the picture with 'Tira'- I honestly do not know who that is. The words are in black, and almost blends perfectly with the background.

If I hadn't notice that there were additional words after those names in other pictures, and scrutinised this again, I'd probably never realise those words were even there. That aside, I think all the pictures you put up here are commendable.

Yeah, as soon as I put these up I realized it -_-. I have a habit of overlapping the words as well, so I should probably work on that. Thanks, though :)

I want the Sango one! :gasp: I really like what you did with it. it looks like you faded the background a bit and put the focus on her more. The text in this one is nice. my suggestion is that you open up a new piece and set the dimensions to whatever signature size you want and then work with that size canvas. Resizing will almost always squish the image and make it look a bit unpleasant. :gasp:

Great job, especially for a beginner! :awesome:

You've done a lovely job so far!

The images are clean and appealing and I like you you've placed them onto different backgrounds.

You're also pretty good at choosing fonts and at positioning your text nicely.

My only suggestions would be to blend them in more with their surroundings so that they don't look slapped on and out of place.

Make it look as though they were originally there. Also the canvas sizes are rather large and some of them look okay, but for the others that haven't got too much going on it looks like there is too much empty space.

For example: The Utada Hikaru and the Rinoa one have a lot of space floating around them and maybe some effects added would make it more appealing. Or you could just use a smaller canvas size.

Other than that you're doing well. Keep it up. =)

Tried some more. I was trying to get the text to stand out more, but I have a lack of fonts and backgrounds. I'm also trying out renders.

The last one is my favorite, there's really nothing special about it though.
I've been looking at the name "Oerba" for so long I think it's burned into my memory -__-

Don't know what to do with that one.

Same with that one. Can't get the text right and whenever I try putting text on I completely ruin the editing :rage:

This was the best one out of your avatars in my opinion. =)

It's nice and simple and I like how you made it look like it's part of the forum skin. =D

I would suggest maybe brushing the edges a bit so that it doesn't look so squarish though.

The text is done quite well and I really love that stroke around it. It looks lovely.

These two were rather good I thought.

I especially like the last one of Lightning.

The lighting is positioned well. It looks as though she really is looking into the light and the text looks fantastic!

Simply love how you've done the 'L'.

I think this one is the best of them all so far.

Lovely soft layer over the image and the lighting is spot on!

Everything is clean and clear and those little orbs look awesome!

The text is very well done. Fantastic font used and the stroke around it looks fantastic once again.

You've positioned the text very very well as well.

You're doing really great work. Keep it up!
