Greets!

You may call me Eld, or by my real name Jarno if you so prefer. I'll respond to either, or any (reasonable) variation there-of. So, I understand I should write some kind of an introduction, eh? Or at least a greeting? Well, I think I covered the former already, so onwards to the latter:

Love chatter on...well, just about any topic imaginable so shoot me a message if you feel up for one. Ended up on these forums looking to expand my image collection of Terra and noticed this seems like a swell place; quickly lead to an account.

Lifelong Final Fantasy-fan here, though rather tend towards the older crop. Loved the series ever since FF1 on NES and found it culminating in FFVI; it was just the perfect game in every single way and IMHO it has yet to be topped; did like FFVII and FFVIII but haven't gotten into the newer works at all. Alongside FFs, I've of course played my Chrono Triggers and Seiken Densetsus and would place especially the former right up there with FFVI! Oh, and Terra is the best character ever.

Welcome to the forums.

You mean you haven't gotten into them, or never tried them? If you've never tried them past VIII, they're actually very good. Although fans since day one are skeptical, they actually are still great.

Haven't got to them as in haven't played 'em. Biggest obstacle being lacking the appropriate consoles ^^' I haven't bought one since SNES and don't plan to in the foreseeable future (lacking a suitable TV and all and being a poor student) so I'm stuck with what I can play on PC.

Of course, with years passing, it's becoming increasingly possible to emulate the newer FFs on computer so mayhap I'll get a chance to go through them soon.
