I'm not sure when this went up, but there's a countdown clock on Square Enix's official site counting away to Final Fantasy XIII -- right down to the millisecond!

It looks a little something like this:

That is all.. carry on, carry on.

In other pointless FFXIII news, how come Square Enix makes its top-tier team use cheapo Dell monitors to create FFXIII's gorgeous visuals?

Shit. I just posted those last two videos :monster:

I thought they were incredible, they were long and showed a lot. I like how they're showing us the development of characters and all, but tbh I laughed when I saw them in front of the environments.

I'll delete them off this post since yours is focusing solely on those videos 8F
I haven't had a chance to watch them yet but judging on the screenshots I saw it looks well good. Typical Japanese creativity :D

It's clearly a count down to my birthday :mokken:

I hope after all this hype this game isn't just a big fat let down

I guess it's to save money, I mean quite a few do that so they can use the extra money on development and space on the computers (which is why you sometimes see pictures of the old Windows operating systems and such). Though I'm sure they'll upgrade it slowly what with the hefty amount of money coming in from FF13!

Its a countdown to the end of the world rofl.
This is just to peeve me off bloody more. Lucky Japanese *grumbles*

SE, prepare for the tremendous influx of money. Your RPG will sell so well in Japan that not only could it shoot the sales of the PS3 to the top and flatten Nintendo's machines, but it can probably make Japan's economy shoot up as well and bring about closures of school throughout the country as teachers skive left and right.

Probably.

Damn, the countdown clock is killing me. It means nothing to most of us, yet it still seems like an exciting occasion. Why is that? :hmmm:

It's my birthday in Japan :mokken: I'd be the happiest Japanese kid EVER, Id well be getting this as a bday/crimbo present combined (with a PS3 as well 8F)

I hate that I really want this game now, I can see myself pre-ordering the fuckign thing and buying a PS3 when I can afford one ¬_¬
