Where the Wild Things Are-I love that movie and have such a funny memory when I went to go see it in theater's;

I went with two friends and one of them was forced to bring their little sister (who is about 14 mind you) and towards the end of the movie I looked to my right and everyone down the row (I was in the middle of the row of seats) including my friend and her sister all had glossy eyes and were about to cry, then I look to my left and my other friend (who tends to cry a lot anyways) as well as all the people had teary eyes like the ones on the other side.

It was funny, I gotta say that, to see everyone on the verge of crying and looking so intense at the screen.

Afterwards we had to go the bathrooms because my other friend wouldn't stop crying (and laughing because she was crying) and ended up staying there for about 20 minutes. But regardless it was still fun/funny!

So anyone ever been to a movie or seen a movie where everyone's crying or on the verge of doing so?

I saw my mom cry at that movie one time. I almost cried myself. I love that movie for some strange reason. i think it's the music or the really messed up ending that everyone has in the end. I dunno, it's a nice movie. I don't cry at other movies though. That's the only one so far :hmmm:

i honestly had no clue what was going on in where the wild things are. i wanted to see it to so bad and every single person i knew said, "oh that looks gay, or stupid." so i end up going to the movies by myself for the first time in my life and the whole time i honestly just sat with this face on :| not a smile, not a frown, just blank.

but anyways ive never been to a movie and looked around to see if people were crying, and the only movie to really make me cry was Changeling. I cried 3 times during that movie.

Yeah, I don't usually cry during movies either, though I did get half-depressed during the Wild Things, I think you're Kusanagi, about the messed up endind, I think that's what did everyone in.

Ah, I never saw the Changeling...I do remember the promo trailer (kind of) though and I remember a lady with a fur coat (I think), but other then that I don't really know anything about it or know what it's about.

I've hardly ever cried at a film, I guess you could say it takes a lot to get the emotion out.

But I almost cried at the end of Toy Story 3. Those who have seen it will understand what I mean. I have to feel a connection with the storyline and characters in general to really cry like I mean it. And the ending of that film really struck a chord with me since it's about leaving your childhood behind.

Titanic. every fucker was squalking (myselfincluded) when that was out at the pictures. There was a girl that was actually sobbing, it was mental hahaha. Never seen out like it, you could just hear everyone sniffling away. When we left afterwards everyone was just splodgy faced from bawling, even the guys came out wiping away tears xD

Toy Story 3 a couple of weeks ago. Bloody hell, I was trying not to cry, becauise like, it was fuckign Toy Story for christ sake, looks over at Clare and shes bawling her face off, so that set me off xD

Infact, all the fucking adults had a cry, Im sure, the kids were fine :wacky:

I cried when watching THE GREEN MILE, with my mother sitting next to me on thew couch... Tom Hanks did a terrific role there and when the black guy was executed I litterally cried man, not tears but crying as in sobbing..

I was a man back then but I cried man !!!!!!....damnzz...not many movies can do that to me.. some anime gave me tears.. but actually crying like a little bitch only THE Green Mile has done it for me so far :P
