I just like the fact theyre not so cheesy. I can take them seriously. Whereas the older ones bar the one with jack nicholson were super cheese fests.

The batman games on ps3/360 are the best thing ever aswell

i borrowed arkham asylum off my mate, but the disc was too badly scratched so it won't play :sad3: i'm glad they made those their own games and didn't try to base them on the new films

Same

Asylum is a brilliant game and arkham city is even better. You need to play it. I never bothered cuz it was batman and i thought itd be lame and naff but its really good. The joker character is perfect aswell. For me anyway thats how the joker should be.

Christian Bale was very different as a kid in Empire of the Sun. He has a singing voice in that too.

But he is a lot like his Batman role in some of his other films. He was similar to this (and merged with Keanu Reeves) in Equilibrium too.

As for Batman, I think I prefer Keaton, but I don't know why. I personally liked the first two Batman movies. Parts of them were cheesy, but they weren't quite as bad as those that would follow (Forever and Batman and Robin).

I like Nicholson's Joker, Devito's Penguin, and certainly liked Pfeiffer's Catwoman.

Jack nicholson was perfect for the role. Hes brilliant at playing deranged lunatic characters. One of my favourite actors ever hands down.

I watched one flew over the cuckoos nest btw finally. It was months and months ago i watched it but ive seen it 3 times since then. I bought my own copy aswell though i still have jims sittin on the shelf. Mines has a special kinda dvd box tho which opens up and theres nice photos from the movie. Its goin down as one of my favourite films ever. Nicholson is just the fucking man, he really is.

he really is. it's only after you see one flew over the cuckoo's nest that you realise how many references and parodies and spoofs there are of it today. the scene when chief talks is fantastic

I loved it

Arkham city was better though. Just the fun of exploring the city as batman was great.

Cheif was probably my favourite character. Jim told me that the nurse was his most hated character in any film ever because she plays her part so well/ she just an evil bitch. And she was. Poor billy :(

Really? 8(

I got a smirk when i seen christopher Lloyd. Hes born to play wackos and oddballs.

I hated her so much. Yet until the end scene with billy she never even raises her voice once.

Fast and furious 5. vin diesel and the rock in the same film. Its a muscle fest!

so i've been told. and the scene in the head doctor's office when they first admit murphy was apparently unscripted, and they just asked jack nicholson to wing it based on the sort of questions they would normally ask in a situation like that

really? The one where the doctors interviewing him about what he did etc? He improvised all that ?
