Square Enix has revealed the streaming line-up for next week’s Final Fantasy 25th anniversary event, which goes from September 1 through the 2nd.
Via an update on the 25th anniversary portal site, each stage event now has a direct Nico Nico Video link you can click to view for each corresponding time slot and day.
For a quick rundown, you can look forward to:

Final Fantasy VII 15th Anniversary Stage
SQENI Chan Presents The Future of Final Fantasy Round Table Discussion
Final Fantasy Music Special/Talk Stage
The streams are all scheduled according to Japan time, and the first one will begin approximately 10:30PM EST on August 31st. If you wish to view the streams live, you’ll need to sign up for Nico Nico yourself. If not, we’ll be on hand covering the event so stay tuned.

It's just going to be an event with FFVII voice actors as guest, plus a couple of things that aren't new. New reveals for FFVII is highly unlikely, so don't get your expectations too high.

Somehow I had a feeling that would be WAY too good to be true. :hmph: Besides that, I HEARD (emphasis because I'm not sure if this is correct) a remake was out of the question unless they had everyone who worked on the original working on the HD remake.

Overall I'm not really that impressed... The FFVII thing better not be a new game... I hope it is just a flash from the past deal..

Basically there two online games... The XIII game... and VII..... where is the love for all the final fantasy games???
 
This all sounds very lame. Im wondering what they are going to do with FFXIII im already gutted though. But nothing about Type0 or will it include in the future of ff segment. I should be thrilled but somehow im scared. Future of FF I hope for the best...Im too skeptical or just realistic..

It's too big of an event to not promote the other upcoming titles...I mean their 1/4 away of being 100. This series is like the Lanvin of fashion, give us some good news already!
 
I'll definitely tune in. But I hope they can fit in new info for Versus, or give us an update on FFXHD.
