Thanks. Joey I can't tell you the pressure I have on me for school. You have to be able to perform at the drop of a hat...or you fail out of school very quickly. All I've done all semester is eat breathe, pray and live school stuff. I've spent many hours driving off to another city to take this class with a better teacher and etc... Finally a payoff, so I'm really happy with the outcome. Have some confidence in yourself though Joey. If you apply yourself you can do anything.

Just had my last day of school today and I got 4 wrong on my Critical Care test of 51 questions. My instructor said he was proud of me too which was the icing on the cake. What've you been up to?

And I would appreciate the ass-kicking of these people, thanks It's basically that the seller had some personal legal issues going on where they wouldn't allow her to sell her property (this place), but she owns another property that they can transfer all these legal holds over to. However, for whatever reason, either she never bothered to try to get it done, or she tried and the legal offices never took care of it for her. Either way though, waiting until the day before closing to tell us was wrong, because we could've found a different place by now if we'd known. They just wanted to keep us on the hook

Sorry to hear that And I've been better tbh We were about to move last Friday, and then the day before, we got an email saying "Oh, it'll be at least another 30 days if it even happens at all -_________-" It was an epic facepalm moment to say the least, especially since they lied last December when they told us the problem had been fixed.
