What game to play next ?

I don't know what Final Fantasy to replay. I want to replay FFV, but I also want to replay FFIX and FF VIII and FF II. Before you say, but FF II sucks, I like it thankyou very much. Emperor Paramecia is hooot.

FF V and FF II are good, but they're a little hard and you have to spent heaps of time grinding, but I have played FF VIII and FF IX so much more than these games, but they're my favorites.

I also thought about maybe giving Final Fantasy III a second chance, and Final Fantasy I. Final Fantasy X would be good for a replay too, I can't remember much of near the end before facing Seymour.

Can't decide.

My Vote is to IX! I recently replayed it and it was just as fun as the first time I did! Plus I'm bias and love that game to death.

Go for IX. Most unappreciated FF imo. I'm also dying to play it again, but my PS2 decided to break and I can't get the emulator working on my laptop

I too vote for IX, as soon as i got my hands on it again i was immersed in a wonderful story full of great characters who have no clue what the fuck is really going on. plus one of the best ability systems in final fantasy IMO.

I say replay Final Fantasy II, so you can experience Paramecia again.

FFIX sucks, don't play it. If that game were any slower it'd be going backwards, the characters and storyline are so tedious that it makes even FFXIII look exciting (oh yes, I went there again) and it really isn't worth the time.

Of the ones in the poll, I say...go for FFV. V has a fantastic job system, Gilgamesh, and the occasional humour isn't too bad either. It'll keep you occupied for a while. But I'd say play FFXII over any of them.

They're all good games, so you can't really go wrong. Have you beaten all the superbosses on those games, or done the side quests? Might want to take that into consideration. If you're replaying just for the story, maybe not FFV, since it is a little shallow comapred to the others, even though it is still decent. FFVIII can get a bit tedious with its magic system as well, and can be just as bad as grinding. FFII is actully quite fun if you know where to go at which point, and isn't too hard if you're playing the remake versions. FFIX is awesome for the most part, but if you're planning to fight Ozma, Chocobo hot & cold can be tiresome. I suppose I'd recommend FFII, if you've already played VIII and IX a lot more.

But I like FF IX. Kuja, Vivi, Zidane, Garnet... I love them all. I'm glad you FF 5 though, that game is very underrated. Though I can't play FF 12 because I loathed it so much, I gave it away for free. Sorry Kainé.
