Why isn't versus 13 coming out the same time?

Probably because it isn't ready for release yet. That's just a wacky theory though...

Also, I fail to see how playing as a female would relate in any way to your sexuality.
 
Because of development/localization times, and the amount of projects that Square Enix are currently working on.

I mean, I personally would rather that they go with the norm and release it later on, because I wouldn't want to be itching to play Versus as I am playing Final Fantasy XIII. I'd rather enjoy them separately. Plus, if they released Agito along with these two games all at the same time... it would just be confusing.

Take it as them releasing Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep at the same time. That would be weird, wouldn't it?
