Is it possible to defeat Omega Weapon .................?

You do know this is a FF8 topic right? FF8 was the only game that had invincibility that can be used turn after turn for an entire battle. Aura Rinoa for that.

The first one makes it impossible, but without it it is easy.
Wait I just remembered something Phoenix will summon randomly after you first summon him so you can try that.
If this is what you are trying I suggest you get invincible moon and break the block on commands.

Are you trying not to beat Omega lol Megido flame will absolutely destroy your characters and you'll see a game over really quick if you don't heal and the only way you'll survive that is if your characters ahve 9999 hp and even then you'll be brought down to 1 hp so the next attack of any type will end you. Bottom line drop the no heal/revive rule you'll need it big time lol

Well if we can junction magic and use junctions like HP+80, Str+60 and so on then it's possible, i would try that with Zell, Squall and Irvine and i think victory is quite possible.

With Selphie, Rinoa and Quistis it's harder but if you use the meteor trick i think it's possible to achieve it yeah, i would not dare to try that as i think it could take a while.

Haha yeah, a lot of guys think girls are bad players or we are better than girls at gaming. Well HSGGC just proved to those kinda guys, they are wrong.

I never tought it was possible at lvl 15 since her party at lvl 15 would be as good as dead, but the very high SPD and constant Limit Breaks don't allow Omega Weapon to act.

I played the PS1 version of the game and my characters were at level 40 at most and I know for a fact i beat Omega, and he was no level 100. His level was at a minimum, but I'm pretty sure that even he falls into the category of leveling up with your party. Although even his very weak levels, are very high in HP.

It took me a while to beat him anyway, but I relied a lot on Rinoa healing my party and Squall's Limit Break to take that mo'fo'. down.

Actually its the contrary, Omega Weapon as any other enemy in the game level up as you do. His level i'm not certain if its the same as the highest/lowest member on your party or average between all members.

Not such a problem, she can always ask a friend to do it
After practising a few times, the friend should understand the trick.

Or, she can play on the PC. You said "controller" not "keyboard"

I never actually beat Omega because I am a lame player (or rather too lazy to train and take the challenge).

I don't remember what is that monster you mentioned (don't really remember monster names), but if it is weak then Counter can work against it (don't remember if the game have it or not though). So the only thing needed is to enter the battle and let the enemy attack you in order to counter attack and kill it.

Omega can be beaten in many ways. The cheapest, but considerably hard way is to use Selphie's The End. Or, you can bring many Holy Wars and try to spam lionheart when you get the chance. Omega was really hard when i fought him. But the Holy Wars helped considerably.

now that would be hard since you are not allowed to even touch the keyboard/gamepad in the first place so you can't possibly even start the game, can you? my point is, his requirements are rather ludicrous...but not as ludicrous as mine though...

and yeah, you are right he could've killed it with counter if he was able to touch the controller and run around looking for monsters... also tried it once, counter and junction drain magic on status-atk... i leveled like that for hours and was afk most of the time. just go to map where monster only do physical attack since magic MIGHT kill you.. XD

Ya know, I've only been fully prepared and ready to fight omega once. But, the one time I tried, I spawned him, ran up to him.... and he DIDN'T attack me! I tried pressing X, ran in between his legs, everything. Omega simply did not want to fight me . I've been wanting to play ff8 again and take another crack at it, but I figure we'll be getting it on NA PSN soon enough, so I'll wait til then.
